I got second ear piercing on Friday night was told they wanted to make it write since first location didn’t ask about allergy to nickel. So I was offered free re piercing which I found out is a lie since it is free anyways. I got the piercing and same thing happened again with second earrings I just got the white gold has nickel in them as well.

I took my niece to Claire’s today and she was really scared to get her ears pierced. The girls at the store, Ellie and Taylor were very sweet and patient with her. They explain to me that it is better for the two of them to pierce her ears at the same time. So after about a half hour they were able to do it. She didn't even cry! She looks so adorable! I highly recommend these two young ladies!

I love coming to Claire’s everyone is always so helpful. Their store manager Tayla is the best and always so helpful when I come in. I brought my 4 year old daughter to come in to get her ear pierced and Tayla was so patient and great with my daughter. I felt so bad because my little girl was so nervous and sat in the chair for almost 30 mins, but tayla kept reassuring her that it won’t hurt to bad and she can take all the time she needs. She also showed my girl all her earrings she had and walked around the store with her to show her all the earrings she could get once she could change them out! After a little more encouragement, she finally let her pierce her ears, and she didn’t even cry. She did great. And I’m so lucky she got them done and when my other daughter is ready to do them I am definitely brining her back to Tayla.

Took my daughter last week to have her ears pair. The girls there were very friendly and helpful. I don't remember the Manger name. But she did my daughter ears. They came out great. Highly recommended her.

I am filed a complaint about the store manager and how she drops racial slurs I have 2 mixed children and when they heard the girl working there by the name of Tayla saying the n word like it was no ones business they were mortified no child should ever have to experience such harsh words coming from a worker at this establishment I sent an email to their corporate office and never heard anything back from them. What a disgrace.

I took my daughter to Claire’s today to get her second ear piercings. The store attendant “Luis”who pierced her ears was very informative and supper nice. He took his time to measure her ears so we can see where the holes would be, to explain what would happen if she wears heavy earrings in the second piercings, to explain how she needs to clean the area 3 times a day for 3 weeks, among other things. I definitely recommend Luis in the Claire’s location.

I’m not sure of the girls name that pierced my daughters ears yesterday but she was so amazing !!she took her time making sure the earrings were positioned even and that they were in the right spot. She was so patient. And took her time to sanitize and make sure everything is clean. I was very happy with my experience!
