1) Burnt fried damaged my hair2) Uneven highlights colors, some shows 2 inches, and some shows inches 1 inch, of the old color & the roots. Now i have 5 uneven horizontal lined hair colors: orange, yellow, blondes, brown, and white.All that, after doing a strand test the week before.3) Totally uneven missed up basic cut4) Quoted me $170, when she did the strand test the week before, but she charged me $220. Worst experience ever. Nightmare!

I drive more than one hour to come to this hair salon. I get so many compliments on my hair and the owner is very friendly and attentive. Yes, you can spend hours here but it is so worth it. Most of her clients are long term going up to 20 years or probably more. She keeps up with new trends and products and uses the best quality products. Her assistant Nohemy massages my hair so good while washing it. This hair salon is highly recommended.

Owner was very friendly. She seemed to really care about what's right for my hair versus what services she could get me to purchase from her. I would definitely recommend this salon.
