Great variety of shoes but a bit messy, and not much support staff.

I really like DSW but I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the girl at the store she was extremely rude and then I asked her if there was a bathroom I can use and she told me that I need to pay if I wanted to use it, if she is not happy working there she needs to stay home.

An ocean of really nice shoes. My first purchase was welcomed with a 20% discount just for showing up. Awesome!!
