Lori and Verne at the front desk are always so helpful. I was shipping a Dell laptop for repair and Dell didn't provide tape like they normally do. They stepped in and was able to secure the box before shipping. They went the extra mile for the customer again.

Zero stars. First the driver said the business was closed - it was not, a UPS driver delivered packages just fine. Then FedEx customer support said the address was and only the shipper could fix it - address was fine and correct. I had to go to FedEx to pick up my package. The woman was nice but clearly the packages weren’t organized in any way. DO NOT USE FedEx in this area.

I’ve have an ongoing problems with FedEx delivering packages to the wrong town. I live on Susan Drive in Saugus, MA, and there is also a Susan Drive in Lynn, MA, only a few miles away. Yet at least once a month, FedEx brings packages meant for the Lynn address to my home in Saugus.
This has been happening for a couple of years, even though both I and the woman who lives at the Lynn address have called FedEx to report it. The shipping labels clearly say Lynn, but the driver still delivers them to Saugus. Today they even dropped off a box of oranges that was clearly marked for Lynn.
It is not my responsibility to fix FedEx’s mistakes. I shouldn’t have to call the other customer and wait for her to pick up something that should have gone to her home in the first place. The shipper paid for correct delivery, and FedEx isn’t cheap.
What makes this even worse is I don’t have this problem with Amazon, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. They charge less than FedEx, yet they manage to deliver to the right address. If UPS and USPS — both more affordable services — can consistently get it right, why can’t FedEx, which charges more, do the same?
Both of us have reported this to FedEx If their system still points drivers to the wrong town, that’s a serious failure on FedEx’s end. I’m honestly fed up with dealing with this over and over.
FedEx needs to fix this — permanently.

My iPhone was supposed to be delivered on October 21, but the driver marked it as “receiver not at home” — even though I was home the entire day. No one knocked, no doorbell, nothing.
The next day, I actually saw the same driver in my parking lot. He didn’t even attempt to enter my apartment building, just sat in his vehicle and tagged the delivery as “incorrect address”. Before I could reach him, he drove off.
On the third day, I finally caught him in the lobby. He claimed he only had one package that wasn’t mine — but a couple of minutes later, he came back with my package, saying “the system didn’t show it was in my vehicle.” That’s either a blatant lie or a shocking level of carelessness.
This whole experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating. I’m informing Apple about this and strongly urging them not to use FedEx as a delivery partner. Absolutely pathetic service.

I had the most negative shipping experience of my life at this FedEx facility. I came in on a Saturday to ship medical supplies using my company’s corporate account. The agent at the counter couldn’t provide the shipping cost. I’ve shipped work-related items for over three years without any issues, so this was unusual, and I asked if the manager could help.
When the manager, Christine, came out, she explained that I wasn’t “supposed to know” the cost because she couldn’t verify that I was authorized to use the account. Since remote employees don’t have badges, I pulled up my Workday app to show my employee ID and status. She refused to even look at it, instead telling me to “look at her while she speaks.” Was I getting some sort of etiquette lesson?
Frustrated, I considered leaving, but then remembered I had a 60 lbs Pelican case with one of those indestructible shipping labels addressed to me at my company. I went back in to show her, thinking that would resolve things. She read the label, muttered that it came from Arizona as if it discredited the shipment, and still said she didn’t feel “comfortable” letting me know the cost so I could report it to my manager. At that point, it was clear no evidence would be enough. Was she on some sort of mission to stop the rise of unauthorized corporate account usage? Did I really create a fake app and fake shipping label to save $20? Even if I had a badge, could she even check if it’s fake? I left, drove 10 minutes to another FedEx location, and shipped my package without any issues at all. And here's the icing on the cake: I came to this site the day before (Friday) and shipped out a package with zero issues.
If I had to summarize Christine’s behavior: unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, and stubborn. She refused to accept any evidence I provided and acted as if I was forcing her to provide a service she didn’t want to provide—like she was a victim. I filed a formal complaint by calling FedEx, but all I received was a case number with no follow-up. I will never return to this facility. If I had any influence at work, I would push to switch to UPS in a heartbeat. I truly hope you will not have a degrading experience at this location.

The white lady at the counter she had very short red hair. She was very nice to the other customers but when we came up she was completely rude/ unprofessional. She sighed when we told her we had 4 heavy packages to ship out. And didn’t help us print a label. As it says on their website they can help with printing at this location.

WOW. Outstanding Service!
Bill, the assistant manager at the FedEx Office on 240 Andover Street in Peabody, is a true gem. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely helpful attitude made my visit seamless and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care of—and did it all with a smile. You don’t often find customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Bill—you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!

I wasn't home during the delivery, so I went to this center to pick up the package. The driver was late to return back, but Donna at the front service desk was super pleasant and a huge help to ensure I had my package before they closed for the night.
