This store is very dishonest and committing fraud. I shipped out a package that was 13 oz (ie less than a pound) and they charged my account for another $3 a week later claiming the package was actually 5 lbs. 5 times bigger. It was a small funko pop… will not be shipping with them again.

I went to pick up prints and Michael and Chris were both very friendly. Their positivity was refreshing given the traffic and bitter cold! Printing turnaround was super quick, too. Thank you!

Like LITERALLY shout out Bill. In the horrible nonproductive circular interface between automated fed ex and the sender, Bill was incredibly helpful and kind and got this figured out for me when I was feeling so hopeless about it lol.

My doorbell rang, I got up literally 5 seconds later, and by the time I was at the door the delivery driver was already gone and I wasn’t able to receive my package because I had to sign for it. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be able to wait more than 10 seconds at the door for an important package

Just received exceptional customer service from Bill and just had to write a review! I ran in at the last minute frantic that I may have accidentally packed my engagement ring up with the box I was shipping, and he kindly helped me take the box apart to look for it. He was so kind and clearly willing to help, and I will be going out of my way to come to this FedEx location for all of my shipping needs. Thank you Bill!!!

Dont waste your time take your business somewhere else, the girl there was super rude and unhelpful, Fedex screwed up slapping the label on the wrong package ? and now they want us to pay again for it so it gets delivered to the right place instead of just apologizing for the screw up and get it right this time but nope with this store you get both 1-rudness and 2-waste of time , in case you're wondering I took my business somewhere else

FedEx will never get my business again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.I moved across the country and used FedEx to ship a large computer monitor to myself and insured it. When it arrived, it turned on but the panel inside was clearly damaged because the screen would no longer work. I submitted a claim and it was instantly rejected.I then appealed and they agreed to perform an “inspection.” The person on the phone indicated someone would be sent to do this and inspect it in my home. I agreed but when they sent someone out, they wanted to pick it up and take it from me so I refused. They then sent two more people who also wanted to pick it up and finally one of them explained to me that the inspection works this way where they will take it back to one of their facilities.I allowed them to take it and after several weeks I finally get a call from an inspector. They seem to have no idea why they have my monitor and ask what I want. I tell them what happened and they just say ok and that they’ll do the inspection. About a week later the monitor is returned to me with 0 documentation or indication of what the result is of this inspection.Finally a week later I call their customer support and they say my claim was denied again because there is 0 physical damage to the outside of the monitor. This was completely ridiculous after 3 months of back and forth and the fact that I had to reach back out after all of it to get an answer feels crazy.They are completely disorganized and don’t want you to have any transparency into their processes. As I said at the top, they will never get my business again.
