I was at footlocker trying to get a pair of shoes and the manager told me to come back at 5 o clock after reserves were picked up. I came back at 5 and I asked for a size and they lied to me saying they don’t have the shoes I wanted but every other person in front of was able to get a pair. The manager was very rude throughout the whole process and spoke to me with a bad attitude.

The Manager of this store is a joke. Usually on release day leftovers are sold to whoever(1 pair per person) but she decided to sell to only two customers who were together to resell the shoes. She let the two customers buy a bunch of men pairs and grade school pairs for the Jordan 12 flu games in front of everyone. Footlocker needs to fire her. (Don’t know her name but she wears a headband and wears glasses) and she has the worst attitude. She complained that she was working from 9AM til current time, then again no one told her to work at footlocker get a different career lol

Service was rude will not be a repeat customer. Thought about returning shoes after purchase they don't deserve your business.

Made a purchase online last night for a pair of Nike shorts. I called to see the progress of my order and was informed that they just sold the pair that I had reserved. Terrible customer service. I would suggest in the future that when they come in for their shift that they check and put reserved items aside before they make any in store sales. Do better Foot Locker. Will not be back.

every time i come here they do not carry my size in the type of shoe that i like as opposed to other shoe stores in the mall, even after they check the back stock. they have a small selection-- better off browsing other shops or online for common women sizes.
