Simulator was great, service not so much. Ordered a variety of items off the menu including the sliders that come with fries. When the food came the fries did not when i asked about the side of fries we were told that they do not come with fries. After reviewing the menu they clearly do when asking the server he oh actually you are right I'll put them in for you but never did and they weren't brought over

This place is terrific! Good prices for seniors. You can play a round of golf at all kinds of courses, or use it as a practice range with every metric you could care about. The software is incredibly realistic and the shots play just like they would outside. We had a great time. You will too.

Golf lounge 18 has been my go to indoor golf place since it has opened. Staff is great and always helpful. Food/drinks are delicious. Great place to hangout, would recommend to anyone.

I'd go here just to eat. I had the jerk chicken wrap with tots. It was massive. Simulators were very accurate. The staff was helpful but not annoying.

Worked with the staff of Golf League 18 for a Corporate event. Cavan was my point of contact during this event. He was so helpful with the arrangements. We had reserved 6 bays for 30 people. Upon arriving I was met by Chris who was handling the event. He helped us set up different bays. Chris checked with us regularly to ensure everything we good and we had what we needed. The Team loved it and we'll be back next year.

Can’t say enough great things about Golf Lounge 18. I recently had my daughters 8th birthday there and it was AWESOME. Cavan helped me with booking, advised on # of bays, food ordering , and all the little details. I was a little apprehensive because it’s technically geared to be an adult place (full bar, etc) - but it was perfect- and the trackmans have many kid interface games which they LOVED. I arrived early, Chris helped me get set up, and was so attentive during the party, helping if we made an error switching to a kids game, ordering extra food, etc. I can’t recommend them enough, I’ll be back for future events/ for regular golf days and nights too. Highly recommend.

Updating to a well deserved 5 stars. Chris, the Director of Business Development, reached out to us directly with a kind note and invited us back for 2 hours of complementary bay time. We had the best time, all of the staff were kind and attentive, and even helped answer our questions about game setup. The food was quick, hot and delicious. I overheard other people talking about how great the staff was as well, so seems like they’ve totally upped their game! Great community building spot. We had tons of fun and will definitely head back soon. Last time must have been a one-off miss!This place could be so good… but our experience wasn’t great. Immediately upon arriving we inquired about ordering food at the bar, and the guy said someone would come check in on us once we were in our bay or we could order at the bar but he immediately walked away, so we waited until we got to the bay but no one ever came by. I went to the bar and asked to order, someone said they’d come over later and eventually did.. we ordered an app and two meals. About an hour later, nothing, and they told us the kitchen was backed up. We got our food just before the reservation ended.

We held a networking event at Golf Lounge 18 to compliment a two-day Executive Leadership Series we were holding in the area. Our participants loved it! Chris and Brittany, along with the rest of the staff made sure that the food was hot and the drinks were flowing. They set up challenges at two of the bays-longest drive and closest to the pole-to get the competitive juices flowing and get people participating. Whether they were golfers or not everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you to the whole staff for all you did to put on a great event!

Chris and company are top tier people. The space is absolutely perfect, food is amazing, and the drinks were off the charts. This should be the HOME for indoor golf on the north shore

I am a 12 handicap golfer. Fairly good not great by any means. I wanted to try this place out. I make a reservation get there and start hitting balls. I can typically hit a well struck driver 280ish yards. I swing with all my might and the contact sounds good and the screen says the shot went 210 yards… weird I grab a 5 iron. Same thing hit what sounds a feels like a good shot 110 yards. About 90 yards short of what I would expect out on the course. The person working there asks me how is it going? I say I am definitely not a fan so far I fell that the machine is off or I am doing something wrong having never been on an indoor machine. He hits some balls on the machine and says it seem right and walks away. Definitely not helpful at all. I finish the course I was playing and grab my clubs and leave. The person working doesn’t even turn around. Not a thanks for coming, not a hope you enjoyed it nothing. Definitely not ever going back

We booked a spot for the Lounge to play golf with the boys. We get there and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes before we could actually play. This place is ridiculously bad. I have never seen such poor management in my life. If ur willing to waste your whole day here go ahead, but me personally I shall not.

Been hitting here since they opened awesome crew and the food is great make sure to get a wrap. Trackman has helped my game immensely great data for any golfer.

I had my twin sons 30th party and from the minute I walked in to setup until the end, the entire staff was amazing!! Thank you for making it such a great event.
