Horrible, lazy, and rude staff. I sat in the empty lobby for 20 minutes and called several times without anyone answering to pick up my rental that customer service told me was ready. I left and went to enterprise and got a car immediately. They finally called me back after that and were rude and hung up on me when I told them I got a vehicle elsewhere.

Brought my wife to get her rental car that was scheduled here. Upon arrival, no employees were present. Doors wide open, lights on, during business hours. We waited 15 minutes, called countless times. Ended up going to enterprise. Wife got a call back and the employee said “we have no cars” and hung up. Id rent a horse and buggy before going back.

Not the location specifically but reserved a car online there to arrive and be told unapologetically that they didn't have enough cars to fill their reservations..? Then why have a reservation system that can't account for inventory.

Absolutely awful experience. My son’s mother’s car is in the shop and she obviously needs a car to be able to live. Made a reservation for 12pm for a car. When we got there, there were about 10 people waiting and one person working. After waiting over an hour, we are told the credit card has to match the license of the reservation and there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could just change the reservation to my name and he said it was not possible. Now she is left stranded with no options. Definitely will not be returning. Even the employee said that the company purposely leaves information off the web site just to get people in there.

Do not use this place. The guy lied to me about the toll pass usage. When I made online reservation for 16 days I did not add the 14.99 a day toll pass usage. When I went to check out the car he asked me if I wanted to use it , I said no but he said if you don’t use it then You get it returned. I went to turn in the car and this other guy said no that’s not how it works and we can’t return you the charge because you didn’t use it. They definitely try to up sell things and lie. I specifically asked him multiple times are you sure and he said yes that’s how it works. He even said they only charge you the days you use it . Stay away from this place. The car wasn’t even clean when I picked it up. Horrible service at check in and returning car. The guy when turning in wasn’t any nicer and just said call hertz and file a complaint knowing they don’t do nothing. 1 1/2 hours on phone to tell me yup they can’t do nothing 😡😡not surprised . Scam place!! Never again will I use Hertz and I’m a gold member . I visit here from Japan to visit inlaw . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Terrible!! I was supposed to get a 35 a day vehicle and instead he gave me an SUV!! Overcharged me I didnt need an SUV!! Then the vehicle didn’t have an iPhone charge mount. Omg. lol. Then I return the car no one was there left keys in box along with my glasses on top of box which I forget to grab now they claim they didn’t find them. Don’t trust this place. Too much scamming customers. I usually go to enterprise but wanted to try hertz special for 35 dollars . Never got that and scammed into getting something else. DONE

Went for scheduled 10am pickup and no one was there - doors were locked. They are supposed to open at 9am. Several ppl waiting and making calls to get help - no answer at that store or any nearby location. Waited 20 minutes on hold for customer service at the 800# and no answer. Waited 30 minutes before leaving. Finally reached customer service a little while later and the person was clueless. I asked about some kind of recourse for the inconvenience and was told to send an email to customer service. Changed my reservation to Monday - because they're closed Sunday - and just have to hope someone is there when I show up to get my car.

Absolutely terrible service. I rented a car. Turns out they were out of cars. They didn’t offer to help me find another. They don’t apologize. They acted like it was my fault. Worst of all, they told me that they couldn’t cancel my reservation and I would have to call Hertz corporate line to cancel the reservation even though they didn’t even have a car. They were also super rude. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. This place doesn't care about the well-being of its customers. Their only interest is to sell their work. I had a baby in my arms and they made me walk from one store to another because there was no car available, even though I had booked it 5 days ago and it showed that it was available. They made me wait and be late for my appointment. Instead of trying to do something to make up for the loss of time and money I had, they still charged more than what was agreed when I made the reservation. It was the first and last time I would use the service in this region. another important thing the employee (manager) who was there made a point of dragging me along with conversations that weren't about work, instead of giving me the proper instructions on how to return the car.
I do not recommend !

The car was clean. The fuel level was questionable (not completely full). The customer service was not professional (Anton). Would prefer to not deal with this location again.
