We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The front desk receptionist, Anastasia, was extremely professional and helpful. She offered many recommendations in the area for dining as well. Anastasia made us feel at home and went out of her way to accommodate us. I did not have breakfast, but the dining area was very nice and there seemed to be a good selection of items at the breakfast buffet.

Wish housekeeping had come after the first day and that they had more allergy friendly breakfast but other than that pretty good the work out area is very small but the suites fit a family of 6 moteraly

I was really surprised by this hotel. I read some reviews and even though they were all favorable, I didn't think they really expressed how nice this hotel is. I really liked everything about my stay here. We had a 2 double bed suite and the room was beautifully maintained, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice too and big. The breakfast was very good with everything you would need to start your day. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, 4 different types of cold cereal as well as oatmeal, fruit and ready to make waffles. The front desk was easy check in and check out and the girl who checked us in was very nice and definitely helpful and accommodating. I believe her name was Anastasia.All in all a very nice stay for a reasonable price in Peabody.Rooms: We had a 2 double bed suite and the room was beautifully maintained, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent hotel near Boston. It has complete rooms with a small kitchen, television, air-conditioned rooms and good comfort. On Wednesdays they offer a free snack between 5 and 6:30 p.m. Everything clean and in order. The attention of the staff is cordial and friendly.Safety: Safe place, suitable for familiesFood & drinks: It has an all-you-can-eat buffet on Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.Noteworthy details: It has a pool, but it is heated

Room was dirty even after cleaning and I constantly found hairs in the bathroom and shower that weren’t mine, WiFi disconnected multiple times a day, place smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, hotel staff was unhelpful and occasionally rude on top of it, and finally the only good part was the location but even then you could hear the highway at night. Never have written a review before but this place is truly miserable would not book here ever again.

This is the worst Hilton I've stayed at. I understand the rates are super high due to season and being competitive, but these 3 nights were definitely NOT worth $1500. It was a major disappointment with each new discovery. We decided to stay here because it was supposed to be near Salem and it was a Hilton. The drive to downtown was nice and the views were great, but the hotel itself was a major disappointment and dirty compared to what I'm used to. The room itself did not accurately reflect the images when we spent copious amounts of time searching for the perfect hotel. We're just going to stay in Downtown Salem next time and skip the hotel. There was not much light in the room itself and only had tiny lamps. The couch could not be sat on. We thought it would be a nice shower and stay but it was disappointing. The front staff were really great people and friendly. They don't have anything to do with the upkeep and maintenance. If we're going to spend $1500 on 3 nights, it should be more memorable than what we were left with.

We stayed here when we couldn't book a room in Salem MA. Great clean facility. The rooms were very nice and with keyless entry our check-in check-out was very quick and easy. 25 minutes from Salem, but a good option if you have trouble finding a room in town.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have always gone the extra mile. Amenities hotel rooms and layout/space are adequate. They small kitchens separate bedrooms and living room area. Sometimes, though you will get a room not fully stocked with cutlery or some such thing, but the front desk with work to get you what you need. Depending on where you are coming from getting to the hotel can be tricky but I think that's and thing in MA, to make place tricky to get too. But really it is situated near lots of resturants l, shopping and close to freeways. Over all a good place to stay, if some is not great they do try to make it right.

We stayed at this location in September. The AC stopped in the middle of the night and when we were there it was in the high 80"s. There was hair in our tub so that told me it was not cleaned from previous gueats. The couch was dirty, I would not sit on it. Windows did not open soit got warm at night whsn the AC quit. There was a AC unit in the bedroom that did not work well. 9 days later my daughter noticed live lice in her daughters hair They slept on the couch. And both of them had it. We were told that it was impossible that they caught it from the hotel we were given a bunch of reason why they felt they had gotten it from somewhere else. The lady at the counter when we called was very rude. We asked for the manager and can never seem to get the manager. We are given the excuse she is not there everytime. One of the staff members on one of the evening nights was rude and on check out day the lady at the counter was rude. After I spoke with a few guest I found out there are families living there due to issues with their permanent residence some have been there since Febuary. In all I am not happy with the room conditons and the fact that the hotel did nothing not even I am sorry about that all we get is it did not come from their hotel. The couch needs removed it was filthy and someone needs to work on the AC we spent over 300.00 for one of the nights we stayed and had no AC. I have never complained about a hotel until now.Rooms: They are quiet you cannot hear from the other rooms.Nearby activities: There is nothing close by. You have to drive .Walkability: Too much traffic to be able to walk somewhere

Hotel and room 315 was very clean and spacious. Front desk lady was very nice. She gave my daughter a cute little book and we got a complimentary bag with two waters and cookies. The continental breakfast was good. Everything was clean. We booked a king suite with a pullout couch. The pullout couch is NOT suitable for sleeping on. The mattress is so thin it’s terrible and you can feel the bars and springs so bad in it. My 7 year old had to sleep sideways like longways to avoid the bars! Also the king bed was so soft when my husband and I laid in it, we rolled into the middle of the bed. The location is good it’s only like a 8 minute drive to Salem. The pool had a strong odor of chlorine but we still was able to enjoy the pool for a-little bit.

We are staying for a long weekend, this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! However my stay was really ruined by the front desk staff, particularly a woman named Kirsten. She was rude from the start, when we asked a simple question she snapped at us. Also, check in is at 4pm and yet we still waited until way past 4 for our room. We are platinum members and I never had such poor service from the Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at.

Fairly typical homeward suites. staff was mostly friendly. The bathtub in our room was stained. It almost looked filthy. Had kids wear their swim shoes in this shower. I tried filling the tub with bleach prior to using it but made no difference. Note that hilton has a policy about cleaning rooms that i'm not sure of how it works.. So you may want to check on room cleaning policies at check in.

Our stay was great only two problems we had was the ceiling was leaking right above our bathroom door so we would get wet when we would walk into the bathroom and the smoke detector was beeping all night long. But other then that the stay was amazing. The breakfast was so good. The beds were soft and comfy. Over all I will stay here again.
