I realize that trying to do your taxes last minute must make all the tax accountants crazy, but crazy enough to be literally kicked out of the Peabody Office by Susan for just wanting 2 questions answered.
No really, she kicked me out, told me to leave the premises because she did not want to answer the simple question of why the info for the extension look wrong? No matter which employee filed the extension, if someone is acting like a manager to a tax place that question could of been answered by saying, it's just numbers we have to put down to justify the extension, that it's NOT reflective of what your actual return will be.
I got that answer from Hewlit Jackson down the street and it took a whole minuite for that person to answer. And they are closer to my house.
I'm sorry Susan, I know this it the hardest day for you job wise, but to kick me out for saying that the reason I went to the Peabody store was because it was close to my house, and you copped an attitude, like I should have appreciated the fact that you found someone in the Lowell location to do my taxes and you waived the fee for it, after literally begging for me to do an extension because you knew that it was the 2nd time you were blowing me off. Susan, I did not swear, I kept composed, maybe I was showing frustration but I tried calling the other person from Lowell several times and couldn't get a live person before getting hung up on by the system.
I have never ever been asked to leave any place since my adult life. I would never ask for someone to get fired, but maybe this Job is not for you!

Terrible customer service if you don't respond as they want you to. They ended up not doing my taxes. Had to go to another office. I have come to this office for years and have never been treated like this! OMG! Shameful!
