Purchased valentines items through their website. One of the three packages was never recieved. I called and they said I need a police report, for something I haven't received?? The picture UPS put was of the item received, not the missing one. Won't buy from them EVER again!!! NO customer service

I took my dog Vinny here recently for pet portraits. I can't say enough kind things about Larry who works in the portrait center. He was thoughtful and patient and our pictures are perfect. Thank you Larry!

Stopped by on a Tuesday and the place was empty. No rush of any sort. The men's section is disorganized and finding your size is difficult. Disappointing as they have good prices.
