The lotions sold by Macy's are fake. They only smell for two hours.I tested an employee comparing lotions, and she had to throw away one that was on the counter that was fake.

I just ordered boots and my money was taken and the order was cancelled. Not professional. After I called to find out why it was cancelled they said they no longer have those boots. Well give me my money back. Never shopping here again.

This is not about the store it’s about the online company I bought two bras online they looked nothing like I was expecting and didn’t fit so I returned them. They charged me for the shipping in both directions so the two we’re $59 they only returned 42 so it cost me $17 to try them on. I do not trust this company. No other company charges you’re shipping both ways and some don’t charge anything for shipping especially with bras. You have to try them on. I will never buy anything again from this company. It certainly was not obvious that this was the deal and I never would’ve purchased them had I known.

I recently had an experience at JC Penney that has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service provided. I have been a loyal customer for some time, and I'd like to share my feedback in the hope of seeing improvements. During my previous visits, I had the pleasure of interacting with an associate named Brookie. She consistently went above and beyond to assist customers, including myself. Her dedication to providing excellent service stood out, and it greatly enhanced my shopping experience at JC Penney. However, during my most recent visits, I noticed Ms. Brookie was no longer working at the store. This left me wondering whether she was let go or chose to leave voluntarily. Either way, it is disheartening to see such a valuable employee depart.I believe that if Ms. Brookie left due to issues within the company, it reflects poorly on JC Penney's management and work environment. If she was let go, I question the decision to remove such an exceptional customer service representative.This situation has left me contemplating my future as a customer at JC Penney. I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and work to maintain the high standard of customer service that Ms. Brookie exemplified. I would give this zero stars if I could. What a disappointment.

5 stars for SARAH! The biggest help in the world!! She was amazing, so sweet to my kids and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for a wedding im attending. Not just helped me but went OUT OF HER WAY to make sure I got those shoes. You're amazing Sarah!! Give her a raise!

I must have gone to half a dozen stores that didn't have what I wanted. I hadn't been to JCPenney in years but they didn't disappoint as far as merchandise. I waited a very long time to check out. There were two cashiers, both with customers already being helped. There was no one else in front of me and still I waited ten minutes to purchase my slippers.

I used to luv to shop here..by far the worst store ever for customer service and credit cards..constantly reporting my payments as charges..misrepresenting the account accuracy..and trying to find an open register is ridiculous..good bye..wont be be back account closed..id rate less than 1 star if allowed
