Horrible customer service . Walked in wasn’t even greeted. Sat around for about 10-15 mins to wait for help . Found myself help looking for a pair of shoes for my son and the lady (whose name I never got) never even came with the shoes I asked . I will never return or show time nor money to that place if I was you...

Doaa was extremely helpful. Had a few little issues with an order and she was super helpful with figuring out the solution. My kids were happy they got the sneakers they wanted
