“Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. I was in town visiting family and stopped in to have my mom's watch battery changed. You know all those small errands that take you all over town, that seem to suddenly accumulate while you are supposed to be "visiting." “They repaired my David Yurman necklace chain but when I tried to put the pendant back on, it would not fit over the chain due to the way it was repaired. I brought it back to see if they could repair it a different way and they fixed it perfectly in 15 minutes for no charge. Great experience and wonderful service. Lots of gift ideas for folks who like crystals and gemstones, jewelry, and collectors as well. Village Silversmith even include a small card for each crystal/gemstone that describes their spiritual properties. A great place to buy someone a birthday gift of their birthstone.
