Specific departments receive high praise, with the oncology department credited for going way out of its way to help and comfort patients, and the lab department noted for being very quick and eager to help. The surgical team is also highlighted as amazing. However, some note an issue with parking, mentioning that handicapped spots are still a distance from the door. I came to Lahey approximately 4am this morning 9/5 to be seen for intense abdominal pain and GI symptoms. Needless to say my experience was 5 stars. I love this place! My orthopedic surgeon changed my life with knee replacements 5 months apart. We go here for any imaging that's needed & our primary care physicians. They make you feel truly taking care of & special to them. I will always recommend Lahey to family & friends.

I love this medical center...the doctors and nurses and technicians I have had , are always caring, professional attentive. And they have an awesome cafe. Also the receptionists are always pleasant and attentive.
