  Great customer service. Louis was very friendly and helpful. Also Luke who delivered the car to us up to Maine was very helpful and explained every detail of the MINI os 9 to us. We would definitely recommend to by your next MINI here.

  Short, sad story. For the second year in a row, we tried with this dealer. We have a Mini we love. Last year's salesperson transferred us to another one. The new salesperson asked about our eligibility (and legal status🙄) just because we speak Spanish. We saw the car through a lease, we were so in love with it, we did everything: we paid, we signed, we chose the car, we even selected keychains, only to be told we didn't qualify! They shouldn't offer everything without being sure… Anyway, I don't know what to think about the buying experience (I'm still waiting for my money back and she don’t even check the address), but I'll try again for that Mini Cooper. Maybe next year 🤞🏻 It's a shame to see so many good reviews, to want a product so much but not enjoy the experience with the dealer
