The service was exceptional! I feel the cost is more at the dealer than would be elsewhere, yet there is value in knowing it’s a job well done. Plus, the loaner car policy is solidly helpful.Mark was especially helped in keeping me informed of the process.

I am always impressed with Mark Spanoghe in the service department (A shout out too, to Louis Monteforte, who has put me into my last three Mini Coopers). Both of these men are dedicated professionals and offer outstanding service. As long as these two are there I will remain a loyal customer of Mini of Peabody.

This is the 3rd time bringing my car in for a service. Every time has been a great experience! Cost aside, the service advisors have always been upfront and truthful with their recommendations on needed repairs. Overall great experiences each and every time. MINI of Peabody is my go to place.

After a decade of having great experiences at many Mini dealerships this is the first time I am disappointed. They did not include the inspection/diagnostic fee into the repair fee. It was charged as additional. And other Minis offer you a complementary car wash after service. They did not, even after spending nearly $2K. And this part is speculation but I don’t think they provided accurate diagnostic.

I love my Mini Cooper and I am very happy with the service I received at Mini of Peabody. My car was taken in right away and they gave me updates on what was being done to my car. I would use their service any time I need work done on my car.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying our new Mini from Mini of Peabody (sales person Louis Monteforte). We went to a few more Mini dealerships, including the one we bought the previous two minis from, and the service we received from Mini of Peabody was much, much better; there was no pressure to buy, no hidden costs, with all the discounts available and charges presented to us from the beginning, with a very realistic delivery date. One dealership in particular didn't even want to include in the final price the discount ($500), which was available at the mini website when building your new car, saying that we dont qualify for it. The best they can do, we were told, was to trade in our current mini for a max price of $300, should the car be in impeccable condition. If not, the price will be lower. The dealership was clean and people friendly; A great experience overall.

Why is the labor cost so expensive and if I knew the price I would have gone elsewhere. Why would they have the need to use the emergency break after dropping off the car when in fact the driveway is on a flat surface. I am highly considering trading the card for a truck. This company is a huge disappointment. My gut feeling tells me they sold me a lemon. It's too bad I felt lied to and I will never recommend the mini cooper dealership to anyone. I love the car but I should have had a second opinion before making a final choice. I feel annoyed and heartbroken.

Wow! Yegor and the rest of the service team at MINI of Peabody went above and beyond to help me out, and fix my car quickly when I recently broke down (3 hours from home). Outstanding experience! Thank you.

Excellent service dept! The service manager Martin could not have been more helpful.Very impressed with the communication and interaction when I was trying to resolve a problem with my 2010 mini due to a recall. Happy to say that the part was replaced and the car is back on the road again and running great!

I live in DC and was visiting family in the area, when I had a problem with my Mini. They took me in immediately, and not only took care of the issue in less than two hours. They also provided several other services to keep my little car healthy and happy for the long drive. Every person who worked there was fantastic. Customers can hang out comfortably anywhere. Great little coffee area where you can work while waiting. I feel sorry for people whose dealerships are not like this.

Outstanding service!After a terrible experience at Mini Of Bedford, I was nervous for my first oil change. Mark, the manager, was kind, professional, and informative.The waiting area is large, clean, and comfortable. There are snacks, facilities, and a little cafe area as well.Fredy, the tech guru, even took time to sit with me in my car and show me all of the features. I’ve had it for a year and didn’t even know half the stuff this car did.What a relief to know I have such a great car support team!

Make no mistake about it service at Mini isn’t cheap. However, these folks have taken care of my 2014 Mini Countrymen for over 130,000 miles and every time I get it back from them it drives like new. I am a loyal customer and struggle to think about buying a new car because of the service team at Mimi of Peabody.

I had a very pleasant experience and smooth transaction buying a mini here. Johnny, my salesperson, had the car I wanted to test drive waiting for me when I arrived. He answered all my questions and was very responsive throughout the purchase. I would recommend this dealership.

The ease of booking and then having the diagnostics, estimates with pictures via a text link was incredibly smooth and efficient m! That was the first time I’ve experienced such ease for a car situation. Thank you!! Every mechanic and dealership should use this feature! I felt no pressure and am so grateful for that.
