I feel so badly that so many had poor customer service experiences, because the young girl with the glasses that helped my daughter find Miku items was so sweet and thorough. She even checked to see if my daughter's items qualified for a free gift (they didn't, but that's okay, I appreciated her checking!) We will definitely return!

Literally told my daughter everything in the bin was 10 dollars but then the one she grabbed was apparently not on sale and they refused to change the price and the manager was rude and snobby and only came out of the back room to tell us there was nothing she would do

I walked in the store the last two times and the first encounter the man who works there was extremely rude, we had a question about a very specific blind box (not labubu) and he immediately said, “WE DON’T HAVE LABUBUS” … the second visit and the same man and a younger female employee both gave me a dirty look, no customer service, or greeting whatsoever at this location. I don’t even feel comfortable shopping in this store, so I just walked out. Go to the Salem, NH location, do not support these people in Peabody, terrible.

Nice miniso store, not sure where the unfriendly employee was but when i got there the employee who helped me was friendly and answered any questions i had about the blind boxes!

cute little store, but the employees are INCREDIBLY rude; especially the older woman. when they first opened, a male presenting person worked there (not sure of their pronouns) and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind, but now the place is run by people who seem miserable and look at you like you are stealing. never a smile, never a response when you say thank you or hello (especially the older woman). also today i attempted to enter and there was a sign on the door that said “will be back at 5:30” still on the door at 5:50. i rarely write reviews but unfortunately the employees make this cute place such a bad experience :(

Seeing everyone else agree about a rude older woman, I feel relieved I’m not the only one complaining. Every time I go with my kids, she always has something to say to us or under her breath. It’s a store, kids touch things, things get misplaced. Get over it. And leave that sour puss attitude at home. Not welcoming at all, my kids even feel weird going. They’re 6, & 10. So they’re aware of how they’re being treated.

Love that this mall has Miniso, Gong Cha and Kong dog. As an interracial couple who is married to someone Asian, I’m excited there is some level of representation in the North Shore. We always used to go to the Miniso in Burlington so we were stoked when we found one here in the north shore. Cute stuff and friendly staff (at least anytime we’ve visited)

The store itself is fine. Whoever the woman working today was absolutely horrid! The second we even walked in she out loud was complaining that all day it’s been kids, mind you the mall had been open like an hour at this point. She spent the entire time out loud saying how she hated today, all kids do is make a mess, each customer who came in she rolled her eyes, made snide comments. My girls were right with me the whole time and it seemed the other customers were doing the same (browsing and being respectful). I feel bad if she was having a bad day but holy he’ll have some decorum. It was so unnecessary and outright rude!

I don't like to leave reviews on businesses, but today when I tried to enter the store, one of the employees (an older woman) was incredibly rude to my friend and I. She yelled at us, unprompted, because I had just walked into the store with a drink being unaware of the policies (and i understand being in the wrong for not being aware said rule, but that does not excuse an attitude). She was very rude to my friend and I and basically implied that we needed to leave and she didn't want our business. With all due respect, she could've been much more polite about the policy and i would've been happy to oblige with an alternative method, but instead she made it clear she didn't want us in the store and used the drink as an excuse to shoo us away. It's a bit disappointing as i do enjoy this store but i don't enjoy having a rude employee give me an unwarranted attitude. hope this helps.

The first time I went into this location, everything was fine on Valentine’s Day night, there was a kind woman working in the register. I loved my experience. The very next day I went inside, I was greeted with rudeness. Jess, who claimed to be the manager, is a disrespectful soulless person. You shouldn’t treat your guests this way. We are the reason you can feed yourself. There needs to be a new manager in the store, immediately.
