Worst place for teenagers to shop in for the lack of customer service. Went there and bought some essential clothing. Different return policy from pac sun store return policy!! Bought and return within an hour. Wouldn’t give me my money back but so quick to take my money. The so call assistant manager was rude as heck and because I didn’t put up a stink about the return policy he wouldn’t refund me my money back. Gave me a store credit for an hour of making a mistake of buying in their store. There’s always a way to please their customers but this one was what his job position is, ASSistant manager. He was miserable working there. And when I called another pac sun another manager said that he could have refunded back my money bc it was within an hour transaction!! But you know what he sucks and if you see his miserable face don’t shop there

I was in there earlier today and both of the girls working had ZERO customer experience, they looked miserable and were very rude. I got second hand embarrassment even talking to them. They didn’t smile, greet me in any sort of way and looked so lost in their own store. Disgusted to say the least.
