“I recently went to CVS on 174 Main St Peabody,MA the pharmacist answered (3) phones politely put them on hold, went back to them and said she would be with them as soon as possible. Called over to Walgreens to transfer meds that I already requested be transferred (2) weeks ago, while waiting on hold with Walgreens helped another customer in person with her issue and resolved it, all with a smile. Ina, the pharmacist is an Angel on earth on a late Friday afternoon !”

From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly respectful, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident in the way they handled my case with precision and care. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding care I received from the staff, doctor, and nurses at the Emergency Center - LMC Peabody during my time in the emergency room. Their dedication to providing quality healthcare and their compassionate approach made a stressful situation much more manageable.
