I drove 25 mins last night to go to this sally beauty just to walk into the mall and find that it was closed at 6:28pm. The hours online said it was open until 8pm. No hours or anything posted on the actual store either. Really frustrating and a waste of time that I already didn’t have.

Cashier girl name Ana is unprofessional and rude. Does not say thank you or how are you. Just stares at you and that’s it. Unpleasant girls at the register. Maybe hire people who want to be there! If you want an unpleasant experience then come here. But avoid because they hire rude people!

Marked as “OPEN” Called to confirm. Asked are you open? Yes. I asked the sales associate where in the mall they are located and she didn’t even know. She then proceeded to tell me that they by the way…“technically” aren’t quite open yet and won’t be until Friday. Venture over if you dare.
