Sadly I won't be coming to this location anymore! They use to be one of the best on customer service but last time I went here that wasn't the case. The minute we walked in we felt employees following us, asking us multiple times if we needed help but we were just looking around. You may think ok that's fine they're trying to be helpful, not in this case, they literally kept following me after each fragrance I touched, mind you I've been here more than a few times and usually this doesn't happen. We then went to ask for a sample of a product and the employee rudely said they don't do it anymore. I was there a couple weeks back and not only brought products but was also given samples. I decided to leave and not buy anything this time around. Just for fun I did Google about the whole samples thing, nowhere on their site does it say they don't give out samples anymore. Do better Sephora, this is why customers would rather shop online.

I went here with my young nieces and one of them was so shy to ask for help. The sales people here were SO SWEET to her. So encouraging and lovely. One of them (I think her name is Jacqueline) gave the sweetest words of encouragement to my niece about not being afraid - I just want to say thank you. You made her day and mine. It was such a lovely interaction. Thank you!

Today I was shopping for foundation and received help by a gentleman. He was doing the best that he could and doing a good job, I watched him be reprimanded by his manager right in front of me. I felt so bad. Doesn't seem like something appropriate to be happening on the out in the open. He was so kind and trying his best to assist me even after the fact. I left feeling so bad for him. I really hope that person doesn't treat the rest of the workers like that. I liked who helped me but the manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I'll come back for him but I know to expect unprofessional behavior from that manager.

Buyer Beware: While the employees in the store will tell you that if you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange. This is partially true. The company tracks you and how many times you return something through a very flawed algorithm system. If the system flags your account and accuses you of returning items too many times, the company will ban you from ever returning or exchanging anything for an indefinite period of time. What a scam Sephora is!

This Sephora is located at the Northshore Mall.The customer service is great and all of the sales associates are very friendly. They're always there for you if you have a question about a product or would like to try something on.The store is well organized and I never have any trouble finding the products that I am looking for.If you want to take something home to try out before you commit to buy the product the sales associates are always more than happy to make up a little sample vial for you to take home and try for yourself.There are always lots of different products available from all of your favorite cosmetic and skin care brands as well as fine fragrances and hair products.I especially like to buy their Lancome products and they do have a good selection there.They also have some nice items available from Sephora's own private label. Last time I was in there I bought a couple of lipsticks from their own line of lip colors and I am really enjoying them.I would definitely shop here again on my next trip to the mall.

This was my first experience at Sephora and it certainly might be my last. After being gifted a deluxe perfume sampler, I came to the store to redeem my coupon for a full-size bottle that came with the sampler. I tried explaining to the staff that I did not enjoy the scents in the sampler and would be happier with a product that was cheaper than the perfumes listed on the voucher. On the voucher, it stated that if one of the perfumes were unavailable, the customer could choose a perfume of equal or lesser value. Not only was I shamed for wanting to work something out, but the manager also would not accept my phone that had customer service on the line to try to resolve the situation. Ultimately the decision was up to the discretion of the store which meant that I could not even get my voucher back and had to take home I product I did not want. Overall it was a very poor experience that left me on the break of tears because of the way I was treated.

I wish I could give NO STARS. employees management unprofessional!! I am still waiting for someone to call me back after six weeks ago of an incident where one of the workers grab my son by his arm. I reached out to corporate six times and no one has called me back which is fine because I'm gonna bring a lawsuit against them no one has called me or even apologize for the incident in addition they thought in referred my son is being gay and told him not to be afraid to wear lipstick but she was buying for his sister in return that made him feel very uncomfortable and that's when the woman the associate grabbed him by his arm which he had no right to do she can't do it in a mean manner but she still put her hands on my son The staff emulate the management horrible I'll never shop here again I rather go somewhere else and pay more money Sephora one day we'll get it by, they should not be in business with the customer service that they have!! Zero stars

I love this Sephora. Yes, the employees can be a bit overbearing....but from my experience they aren't any more so at this location than at any other Sephora. There's one woman in particular that works here (I wish I knew her name) that always is super helpful whenever I come in. I like the layout of this store because it's not at all cramped like some Sephora's can be, and their displays are always clean and organized. Took off one star because I got asked six times if I was "still doing alright??" in the less than ten minutes I was in the store. That's a bit excessive, especially since I shop here quite often & I'm pretty sure they know if I need help I will ask. Oh well.

I went in for my birthday and I am so happy I did! Dayna did my make up and she did a phenomenal job! She was also so nice and helpful with all my questions. I will continue to shop and recommend this store, and services to everyone I know!

Jeanie was so friendly and helpful and did SUCH an amazing job on my makeup! I bought everything she used because she taught me how to apply each product. She is the best!! Will definitely be back for her recommendations.
