This store is just awful. From management down. I use pick up and delivery features and there’s always issues. Today I had a delivery for 11am to 1pm. The order was pulled by 10:50 am. It’s 1:24 pm and they just tried to tell me they will call me when the order is out for delivery. I paid extra for this time slot because I had doctors appointment at 2:00 pm I just had to cancel. Last week I got some items with expiration dates on them a day after delivery. Stuff like milk, meat and bread. Why does Shaw offer these services if they can’t follow through with them. Still no phone call telling me my order is on the way. It’s 1:45 pm. Stop and Shop here I come next time. Maybe my 300.00 to 500.00 I spend each month isn’t worth them doing their job properly. Or I will get a email or text stating we are sorry we let you down, we’ll try and do better next time. I have got those over ten times. No compensation back, something to show me they truly care about the customer experience.

Not particularly cheap. The self checkout took me 20 minutes to use because it kept requiring an an employee to come over and scan their badge. Maybe just open up a register so that I don't have to do their job for them? I was also overcharged multiple times at this location. Actually very expensive...

It's a great grocery store, however lately there are no cashiers open in the morning and you have to do self check out. I don't mind if I have a small amount of groceries, but it's tough when you have a full cart. Would love to see at least one lane open again. Plus the cashiers are all really nice and I miss chatting with them

Third update March 2024-Tons of moldy vegetables for sale. I took a picture of a few but sadly there were several more. Some mold was hidden underneath not moldy veggies (see tomatoe pic). Do yourself a favor a don't come here.Second November Update-Placed a pick up order, 7 or so items (3 meat products unavailable) making my need for several other items null. I ask to accept part of the order and the guy asks me to wait, telling me that even though I haven't purchased the items, they will need to be refunded. I wait a few minutes and leave while Justin works on whatever was more important than helping me with an already messed up order. Lesson learned again, ugh.Update November-I was offered some money back for the order and an apology, this was appreciated. I have only shopped in the store since that time. The lines are mostly short, the store is usually clean and for the most part (aside from a fee occasions, the store marks all prices). Deli meat and bakery is pretty good. A little overpriced but reasonable when shopping sales.July 2023- I placed an order on the shaws app for delivery, with a delivery time of 6-10PM. I received notification that it was running behind via the app and it never came. The following day, the entire order disappeared on the app main page and it looked like it was no longer pending. I called shaws and asked to speak to a manager. That manager had no apology and then transferred me to a number that rang for about five minutes and then hung up on me. I had to come into the store because no one would speak to me to figure this issue out. Not even sure if I was refunded the driver tip and fee. The staff in the store offered little compensation or apology. They told me the reason this happened was because they were working. No one seemed to really care. Got home and realized some of the food was rotten and of poor quality..

I was walking near the fresh produce with my grandmother when a man came flying through one of the doors without looking and nearly knocked over my 83 year old grandmother. I expressed my alarm, as this idiot could have seriously hurt one of us. You should really teach safety to your employees here. I saw the same man angrily talking to another employee in a demeaning manner as I finished my shopping, I am assuming he is the manager, which makes things even more distasteful. Suffice to say, I will no longer be giving my business to this Shaws location!!!

This store is very clean and organized. Linda was amazing. She was so nice and helpful. I called about an issue with my online pick up order. She took my info and corrected the issue right away for me. I can’t praise her enough! People like her really make you want to be a loyal customer. Will definitely shop here again!
