I was walking near the fresh produce with my grandmother when a man came flying through one of the doors without looking and nearly knocked over my 83 year old grandmother. I expressed my alarm, as this idiot could have seriously hurt one of us. You should really teach safety to your employees here. I saw the same man angrily talking to another employee in a demeaning manner as I finished my shopping, I am assuming he is the manager, which makes things even more distasteful. Suffice to say, I will no longer be giving my business to this Shaws location!!!

This store is very clean and organized. Linda was amazing. She was so nice and helpful. I called about an issue with my online pick up order. She took my info and corrected the issue right away for me. I can’t praise her enough! People like her really make you want to be a loyal customer. Will definitely shop here again!

hi i' am disabled so i get delivery today i will orders as i look at the invoice out and f stock tomatoes and scallions seriously i called confirm they have tomato and scallions org..why wouldn't he get the organic kind not happy at all simple

The staff is not that friendly always busy not very interested in helping you to find items, The customer service desk is very bad, very unfriendly, next to impossible to get rain check from this store when stock is unavailable, the store is very clean. This store is poorly managed, the manager always busy, always hiding and use the employee to relay a response, they try there best not to write rain check when product is unavailable, or honor the rain when u try to redeem it, terrible place to shop, terrible management.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I stopped at Shaw's Supermarket to get haddock on my way home from work tonight. I was looking at the case when the guy working there comes up to the side of the case and asks if I need help. I said I was looking for haddock but you must not have any. He said yes we do. I asked where, he literally said right there in front of your face! I said you mean in the empty spot here? He then tells me they have swordfish and salmon. I said no thank you we don't eat that. He looks at me and says Have you ever tried it? I replied yes. He then says Really?? What does it taste like???

I have a hard time finding things in the store. Because i'm so used to Market Basket, but I love how their fruit is so fresh. I love their tiramisu cakes made in their bakery. Molly, you are right. The store is always clean.

Just picked up order from Shaws Peabody MA. Most of the times a pleasant experience. I am over 65, still work but this would be the third time they've overcharged me, once I caught it and today caught it again. Ask if I want to approve substitutes instead of being lazy. Don't overcharge people, especially older people .Bad business

On 4/14 I placed an order on the shaws app for delivery, with a delivery time of 6-10PM. I received notification that it was running behind via the app and it never came. The following day, the entire order disappeared on the app main page and it looked like it was no longer pending. I called shaws and asked to speak to a manager. That manager had no apology and then transferred me to a number that rang for about five minutes and then hung up on me. I had to come into the store because no one would speak to me to figure this issue out. Not even sure if I was refunded the driver tip and fee. The staff in the store offered little compensation or apology. They told me the reason this happened was because they were working. No one seemed to really care. Got home and realized some of the food was rotten and of poor quality..

After having my sign-in confirm to my email address and I received the email from Shaw's with it code number that I had to put in when I went back to Shaw's they're telling me that my email is invalid 5 times I tried it
