My mom and I needed to find a storage unit quick, and Craig was super helpful to help us navigate the process. He answered all our questions with honesty and compassion, and let us see the units before we bought them. 10/10 would recommend. Units are clean and at the lowest price we have found in the area.

0 stars. My unit was emptied on the 4th. They would not pro rate or refund even though my unit and belongings were covered in mouse poop. The hallway smelled like someone peed in the corner. Absolutely disgusting and the fact that they wont refund for that is insane. Find somewhere else for storage!

Review for iStorage – 244 Andover St, Peabody, MA
Craig at iStorage in Peabody (244 Andover Street) is hands down the person you want to deal with. While I’m sure the rest of the staff is great too, Craig really stood out. We all know how physically, emotionally, and mentally draining moving can be — sometimes, you don’t even want to talk. Craig totally gets that. He keeps things simple, answers your questions clearly, and helps however he can.
In my case, I thought all I needed was straightforward service — but Craig went way beyond that. At one point, he even physically helped me move some things to speed up the process. That’s not something he had to do, but he did it anyway. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare.
Peabody has two iStorage locations, and I have to say — both offer fair prices and outstanding customer service. But the team at 244 Andover St, especially Craig, made a stressful time feel a lot more manageable. They treat you like a person, not just a unit number.

Spaces are super inexpensive. Place is clean and well kept. I have rented 2 units so far. And the manager is super nice and very helpful.

I've been with them for almost a year now. This week I will be looking to upgrade my unit and change location to Andover St. Only because it would be right down the street from me and I can avoid the traffic. Route 128 and Centennial DRIVE is rough.
