Jayden attempted to help us. We told him we wanted two lines. He said “promotions end today and there will be no other promotions” fair, that this promotion might end but he was rude about it all. I gave him my license and I typed in my social to see how much we’d pay and figure costs. He answered a phone call while we sat at a table with him while he was “helping us”“Hey honey, I miss you too..”Please if you have a phone call you can wait or if it’s an emergency there’s a way to handle it. Instead of interrupting us mid sentence to hear from whoever called. I understand emergency calls but not when we are in the middle of asking questions. I told my wife we had to leave. He was rude and didn’t answer us when we had 3 questions at different times because he had his ear bud in…We wound up leaving and going to other t mobile. 20 mins later and they asked us if we opened lines with him and I said absolutely no. The way he opened an account WITHOUT a SIGNATURE or PERMISSION is awful…Mae the owner of the other t mobile store at north shore mall was so helpful and assisted us. Another t mobile employee at north shore mall were so helpful .We cancelled the lines he opened WITHOUT my consent. If we didn’t go to another t mobile, I would have been charged…Rude employees at this t mobilePlease consider going to the one at north shore mall. And AVOID Jayden.. very upsetting.I would like to hear from this manager at the store and figure out what’s going on and hopefully they can handle customers with more respect and be more attentive…

Some spoiled ding ding couldn't decide on the phone he wanted I waited 20 minutes and walked out forgot to mention he was there for 10 to 15 minutes before I walked in got to be a better system

I have not been back to this store since it was still Sprint, but the customer service was horrible. They were not friendly or nice, and very aggressive when answering the two questions I had. It’s not about what was said, it’s the way it was said to me. I had additional questions, but due to their attitude I decided to just leave. I was already considering switching services, would rather give my money to a company where the customer service is better.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and was immediately made to feel like all my questions were stupid. Rude staff, and not helpful at all. I felt as if they would rather hang out than help. Considering moving to Xfinity. TMobile has lost its way.

I’m mostly leaving this review because I wanted to give credit to their kindness and awareness with my concerns. They addressed everything I needed and weren’t rude about it at all. I came in a few days ago and got a new phone upgrade, transferred from Sprint to T-Mobile and got a hot spot. I try my best to follow along my phone bill but sometimes I just don’t know it as well as they do. So I came in today and asked all the questions I had in my mind and they were able to help me figure it out. Turns out I read something online about the new Magenta plan (and I also had a hard time understanding the sprint merger with them) that wasn’t accurate and they were super kind about helping me figure out what it was. All sorted now and I definitely recommend this store and happy I switched to TMobile because I know other providers can be super difficult. I even whitnessed some other difficult customers they had while I was there on Monday and they handled it with such grace. I was impressed. Glad to know there’s at least some good cellular provider shops in the area i can trust. Thanks guys! Sorry for the d*** questions.

Ew at the service here, not friendly nor nice. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it. Went in to separate my line from my significant others line, because I’m going through a separation. And the guy that works here said you have to call 611 we don’t do that here, so they only work for and with sales? That doesn’t make any sense…? could of said it in a nicer way and not such in a aggressive tone of voice.

I'm a new customer, left AT&T finally! The Manager, Dana, and his staff were knowledgeable, professional and efficient, yet also fun and engaging! Between the phone buyout, the awesome packages and various promotional add-ons - I am a very happy customer!!

Wish I could leave no stars. Just called to ask if they had any iPhone 13's in stock because my phone is broken and I am eligible for an upgrade. I am a long-time paying customer and the woman I spoke with was utterly NASTY to say the absolute least. She wouldn't give me any information because I was not physically present in the store with my ID in hand when she could've just asked for my account information to verify. I am blown away at how horrendously she handled my inquiry and am sorry to anyone else who has dealt with this individual. Woman took my call around 12:30PM, Friday 12/17/21 at this location. Do better. Not shopping at this location ever again.EDIT: Did not get her name, wish I had to warn others.

Wonderful customer service from Dana and crew. Needed to change out sum card to port over from Sprint...great experience with knowledgeable staff that seamlessly pulled over my auto pay to the new account. Loving being in the pink!
