0/10 never coming back. I dropped my daughters off here to get their nails done and when they told me about their experience I felt sick. The nail ladies ripped off their cuticles and made them bleed. Then put a coat over their bleeding cuticles making them burn. When it finally came time to file the shapes of their nails, the nail ladies went abstract. Truly appalled by their behavior. Unacceptable.

Have been a long term customer but after multiple poor quality gel manicures I won't be going back. They must have changed their polish. The gel nails all peeled off after 1 day.

I like the ladies that work there. The only thing they can improve on is dusting and wiping things down . When your sitting there you can see alot of dust and they just dust around things. Lol. Thats my only complaintService: Dip powder

this place is so terrible i will never be returning!!! the lady who did my nails was awful, made 7 of my fingers bleed and one of them got infected. Called for a refund, got the refund and they then charged me AGAIN for my nails after giving me a refund. they took MY MONEY FROM ME! 2 times more than what i paid to get them done! A joke!

I had an appt for a pedicure. Get there five minutes before my appt & sign in. They say pick your color which I did. I sat down for 15 minutes no one said anything to me. Meanwhile two other people come in after me and they get seated for their manicures! They had plenty of empty pedicure chairs too. Why bother taking appointments if you can't fit them in. Worst customer service ever! I walked out and will never go back. Too many other nail salons that treat their customers better.
