This branch should be closed. Went in 2 weeks ago to change large bills for our business’s cash register and I was questioned if I had an account there by one of their tellers. Assuming she had a bad day I didn’t mind it and moved on. Then again this week went in to change large bills with a different teller and she asked if I had an account? She was cold and unwilling to smile. Are they not a FDIC bank? Is it illegal for them to exchange USD currency? I’ve never been questioned like this at any other TD bank like down the street in Middleton. Both women that work there as tellers, succeeded to make sure I will never go back again!

This branch is very bad with customers. They are not friendly and they treat you like garbage. They have no courtesy. They ask for your ID and then they don't give it back and you have to turn around to look for it. They are of no use.

Last Sunday was the second time I've withdrawn money from this ATM and it went through the transaction but did not dispense the cash. Now I get to wait until they review the video with an outside company to see my $340. Already been five days. Never again.
