Very kind and enjoyed staying in my car the whole time. The whole process took about an hour but thats what I get for going at 12:30. They have free wifi. Synthetic oil change was around 100$ but they have coupon for 15$ off on their website. Still on the high end of things. I get it cheaper at the dealership
