“Great glow in the dark golf course! I’ve gone several times and it’s fun each time, with good music but it’s not too loud. Each hole is unique. The course feels longer than I thought it would, in a good way, with it being inside. The staff are always nice and helpful. Special thank you to Glenda for always being so friendly and kind! “I see a lot of bad reviews of this Holiday Inn. I also read that it used to be a shelter ?. I always check the bed first for bedbugs, and nothing. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice, shower had good pressure, microwave, fridge, and tv's worked great. I felt completely safe, and even tried to get in at a side door that you could only get out of. No sketchy characters, no dirty hallway carpets, no bad smells, and every outlet worked. There were USB ports in every lamp (there were 4 in the room), and the temperature control was great. I would recommend this hotel. I feel like it got a bad name. Maybe they worked on everything that everyone complained about, and that's why it's better. I would stay here again whenever my husband's band plays in Beverly. My husband is a diamond elite member as well have stayed in these hotels all over the country. Never a problem. We were in room 403.”
