I went to this location last week & my experience was a 5/5 just because of Nayla. She went above and beyond during my shopping experience. Nayla was super welcoming and so comfortable. S/O to her! She deserves the best!!

This is my favorite brand. Unfortunately he has rude employees in his store. I was there today and their staff was too rude. I made a purchase for 200 dollars and they still treated me the worst. I even said thank you very much twice and he didn't even answer me. I told him to try to be nice to people. It's good that they kept in mind the poor attention of their employees.

They do have nice dresses but the store staff is not friendly even though Peabody is Hispanic and then their manager who is American is also unfriendly

While like most, I have a very busy schedule. But with that, I had to take some time out to do a shout out to Windsor workers Ally and Allegra. I just left Windsor at the Northshore mall. Today is Wednesday and I'm looking for a prom dress for my daughter for this Friday. Given that, one can understand my stress. There was a store full of people giving it is prom season and with only these two young ladies working, they still managed to meet our every need. Great work ladies!
