Very fast and friendly customer service. My rabbit is very hard to get medications into but he loves the strawberry compound they make here for his pain meds and it’s way less stressful for him!! So thankful to have a compounding company so close to home

I have been ordering meds through animal pharm for my cat for over 2 years and they have been amazing! My meds are always shipped on time and customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve never received a delayed shipment. I can’t recommend them enough for compound meds if your pet needs it. Highly recommend!

Like Linda T said in her review below, the pharmacist goes 0 to 100 throwing the f bomb around in a less than four minute interaction. But that's not the reason for this review. I filled a prescription for my dog, and he immediately had a bad reaction. For $326 I thought I'd ask for a refund, but didn't know that's illegal. Ok fine. But the biggest reason for going back in there was that this medicine can be fatal to humans. I pointed out that no one told me, and that it should be a written warning. She screamed that the receptionist told me not to break open the pills. Obviously I didn't hear that, and given that it can be fatal to humans, it should have been written out. I did break open the pills. I am concerned about it. She however, is not. She blamed the vet, me and the poor receptionist. My point is, she isn't going to make sure you know any side effects for your pets, she also won't let you know how serious an affect it can have on people, up to and including death of your bone marrow. Make sure you read up on it yourself if you have no other choice than to use this pharmacy. But if you do have an issue be prepared for the f bomb, the screaming, the slamming of doors and a lack of responsibility in doing her job.

I LOVE this company. I have a senior Schnauzer with health issues. I've been purchasing my prescriptions from Animal Pharm for quite some time now. Their customer service is of the highest quality. I love their timliness and consistency.

Had been having the hardest time trying to give my cat her daily meds in pill form. So grateful animal pharm was able to compound them into a flavored liquid. And they are close by which is even better!

Was given a price for a prescription, but credit card was charged a lot more than price given. WhenI called to inquire about this and try to straighten out , the tech who quoted original price lied and she never gave me that price, and owner then got on phone and immediately and yelled at/degraded me, told me I was stupid and “to go ahead and report them to whoever, I would just get laughed at”.Disgraceful way to treat customers, and from the owner of the business!!

I use to like this place but since covid they chsnged. They change their hours and never change their website. Voice-mail states due to pandemic hours have changed. Asked when they would go back to normal hours and there not. Don't leave a refill on voice mail as they don't retrieve them unless you call. So thankful a pharmacy in my area does compounds for my animals and are open weekends.

My dog Moby turned 8 and one day he was limping.... I thought is was a sprain so I kept him off from running and jumping but when is continued I took him to Tufts in Walpole and they bent his leg and paw to check him and didn’t find anything unusual so more time past and I took him to have an exrray and $900.00 later , found nothing wrong. Carol from Pawsatively Natural ( no longer in business) told me to go next door to Animal Pharm and get the CBD oil. A week maybe not even , Moby was back to jumping in my car , jumping on my bed, chasing a ball with the chick it. Since then I have bought it for my friends dogs and shared the contact. They can’t thank me enough. Btw. I never write reviews. This is a true testament!!!I want to thank animal Pharm !! Thank you !!Brenda and Moby

I tried calling for a prescription refill, but no one answered. So I filled out the form on the website. No one there called with any information. Instead she complained to the vets schedule secretary, that I didn't have a refill. I did have a refill left of my cats steroid medicine. I wouldn't recommend contacting this pharmacy for your refill.

I just purchased some pills from them for my dog this is the first time however they refuse to bill my insurance I'm more than happy to pay as I have with Weymouth animal hospital in advance but VCA Weymouth has always billed my insurance company trupanion it's a wonderful service that they Animal Pharm choose not toprovide.Rph Norwell ma
