Had to drive to Pembroke for flu/asthma issues. Kindly greeted by receptionist! Was taken to the room and then seen by Nikolas Wilde. After an exam I received great care. Breathing treatment was awesome! Rested the entire day. Thanks to everyone!

Had a cold for a few weeks that went away with a mild lingering cough. Then suddenly came back in full force. Had an episode of dizziness and lightheaded with distorted hearing and got a bit nervous. Went to this urgent care center and was seen in about an hour. Everyone was very nice and listened and asked everything. Facility was clean. Even reception/intake was great and friendly.

I just went to ConvenientMD for the first time. They were so kind, really informative, helped me so much when I felt completely helpless. I couldn't say enough amazing things about their professionalism, bedside manner, and how informative they were. They really know what they are talking about and were so kind to me. I would go back immediately with any future problems. I want to thank them for treating me with such respect and kindness.

Staff very helpful. One of the intake girls knew I was very sick and she made arrangements for me to be seen right away. Also the doctor that saw me sent me to have X-rays and about an hour later he called in prescribed medication. Can’t thank them enough.

Great experience. Booked online which made the check in process faster. It’s a busy time of year for healthcare so the office is busy, but would much rather wait a few extra minutes here than hours in an ER when PCP is not open. Great team here!

This clinic was great!. I'm a repeat patient.I had to go to the emergency room at 2:30 am that morning, with severe pain.At about 7:30 am, while waiting to be seen, I left, went to the clinic, and was taken in immediately! From the check in to the PA, it was a great experience. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, along with the nurse who also did my X-rays, and the PA. They were all professional, and I left there feeling like I was in good hands. The PA took his time to explain what was going on and answered questions without making me feel rushed. I was amazed at how quick I was in and out of there.

First time at Convenient MD and pleasantly surprised. Very clean and modern waiting area with free Guest WiFi. The staff is cordial and responsive. They make it easy to do the mandatory paperwork online prior to your visit. I was surprised at how quickly I was seen. Highly recommended.

Everyone was wonderful, from a friendly hello, to my hygienist doing a great job cleaning my teeth. Paige also was so helpful explaining my bill for replacing two crowns. She got me an appointment quickly before the end of the year. I am so pleased we chose your practice. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

Came here because the urgent care closer to me had no working X-ray machine. This was worth driving farther. Clean and welcoming. Quick check in. The nurse who came to get me suggested a wheelchair, which was a great help. The medical person who saw me did an exam and suggested X-rays, which were done within a few minutes. Got results quickly. They gave me a brace and told me next steps. Very professional all around. Good to know they are opening a location in my town within a month!

Super fast, which I appreciate. Everyone there is wicked nice, the receptionist Rhonda was extremely sweet and helpful! The doctor Rachel and nurse Lucy were thorough and very kind. Overall, great experience.

This is my go to urgent care. From providers to front line staff, they work well together, communicate well and we can always get an appointment within 30 minutes. Their providers are well educated, efficient, friendly, listen and diagnose correctly. Highly recommend!

The receptionist saw how ill I was and brought me to a room immediately. The nurse took my vitals right away. The PA was amazing, kind and empathetic. I was put on a great plan for recovery. Great urgent care.
