Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring.
