“The team at DBS Lumber does an exceptional job, doing business with this company is an easy decision. Neil, Brian and the rest of the team are results-driven and provide first-rate service, solid pricing and on time deliveries. Product is generally in good condition when it arrives, they work to meet my deadlines and don't over complicate things. DBS Lumber is an oustanding example of a solid vendor partner.”
“Bought a post hole digger and tube for my wheelbarrow tire. Good selection. Good prices. Also purchased metal shims which I was pleasantly surprised that they carried. Great store.”
“We are doing a remodel of our first floor. We purchased many items for the kitchen and master bedroom. John gave exceptional service, and gets my highest recommendation for customer service. During the remodel process, I have interacted with many companies, and Home Outlet is one of the best. The materials we purchased are quality products, and the prices were the best in town.”
“Matt the receiving manager and Patrick in customer service are so helpful and so nice. The plympton location is my personal choice for their selection and customer service”
“Went in with my wife yesterday 8/25/26 for a new fridge. When the one we were looking for was out of stock Peter was very helpful and accommodating of finding us an alternative that we were happy with and even saved us a few dollars in the process. Very happy with the service we received from peter in appliances. Cant wait for our new fridge to arrive”
“Nick in the paint department provided me with the most delightful customer service experience! I was in need of some guidance and he was so friendly while guiding me through the process and consulting on my little project. He is a lovely employee!”

“There is always an employee trying to help me at this location, whether it is on the sales floor or at the self checkout. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I have never had to utilize the customer service desk here, but I assume the staff is as helpful as everyone else. Everything is clearly labeled, priced, and put in a logical and organized fashion. The store is clean and well stocked in most cases. (I have been there before and not gotten rock salt, but that's a rare occasion)”
