Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!”

I don’t recommend their delivery service at this time as it’s a 3rd party contractor and we’ve had multiple issues with them over the years, including a damaged fridge. Management always “made things right” in the end so will keep patronizing.”

“I was on the Lowe's Website looking for multiple items. It stated this store had some, but the other store has the rest. However, if you go over to a 3rd store, you could also get some of it as well. It was frustrating. I called Lowe's in Kingston Mass and expressed my frustration to an associate named Lisa. She did her job well as she physically put her eyes and hands on all of the products that I was looking for, and helped me get In and out of the store with in a matter of minutes. I could see a significant amount of people in the store ( customers and associates) were counting on her, and she helped us all. She is polite and proficient at her job. She is what all Lowe's Associates should aspire to.”

“There is always an employee trying to help me at this location, whether it is on the sales floor or at the self checkout. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I have never had to utilize the customer service desk here, but I assume the staff is as helpful as everyone else. Everything is clearly labeled, priced, and put in a logical and organized fashion. The store is clean and well stocked in most cases. (I have been there before and not gotten rock salt, but that's a rare occasion)”
