“Best service in the state. The people behind the counter are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. All my dry cleaning is done and ready when they say so. Any repairs needed are done to perfection. I try not to give any business a100% rating but this is one place that deserves it. Bob.M.”

“Needed a same day dry cleaning for my suit, called them in the morning, they picked up and said they would be happy to do it. Dropped it off at 8:30am and it was ready by 12:30, and it was a fraction of the cost of what I normally pay in Miami. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again.”

“This is my 2nd review for Lapels in Kingston as I've now used more of their services. Their dry cleaning service remains consistently good: prices are competitive, clothing comes back fresh and renewed, and always arrives on or before the date given for pickup. I've now used their tailoring and shoe repair services, and have been happy with these, as well. I also enjoy the monthly newsletter, learning about fabric care, and the latest promotions. I feel lucky to have such a reliable business that I use frequently so l close to home - highly recommended!”

“This place as always done a good job I had a family recommend them because they had done a good job cleaning his suit. So I had my suit cleaned here as well and I have got to say that when I picked it up it was just like I got the suit and had it a few days that's how well it was cleaned.”

“We love cleaner spot!! Not only are they great at dry cleaning but they’ve altered 8+ dresses and pants for me and they all came out perfect! The prices are also much more reasonable for alterations than most places on the south shore. The owner is sweet and kind. Highly recommend!”

“On a road trip odyssey from Tennessee, I stopped by this place several days ago to wash my clothes. The service that I received from two employees, Glenis and Sheshe, was quite outstanding. As someone who travels quite a bit in my truck (with camper), I’m used to finding the employees at any given laundromat like fixtures on a wall. Meaning that it can take effort sometimes to get help from some of those people.

But Glenis and Sheshe went out of their way to help me and provided the best customer service I could have asked for. Not only that, it was quite cool to have authentic conversation with both of these people. I’ve never been this far northeast, and my time spent throughout Plymouth and the Cape of Massachusetts has been a real stereotype buster for me. Before I came through here, I believe I always thought of folks around this general area as closed off and extremely pushy. Like I have found with the general culture (but not everyone) in the NYC/New Jersey megapolis area. So this experience, just from this laundromat alone, has been quite nice and memorable for me. Not every person, but the general culture of this area, I’ve found to be WAY MORE authentic and decent than I would have ever thought.

To the owner of Mayflower Coin Laundromat, please acknowledge the outstanding quality of service that Glenis and Sheshe provide for your team. They really do make a big difference and it’s only because of real folks like this that I write these 5 star reviews for. Thank you.”

“Honestly i just like this place. Larry's has never let me down, and I feel a fondness for it that one generally doesnt feel for a laundromat. I like the old dryers, but they have new ones too if the old ones aren'tyour jam. I like the washers, old and new. They have a prewash, and they don't have those big folded over rubber seals that catch crud and leave it to contaminate the next person's laundry (gross). They have a bathroom and theres an actual towel to dry your hands, which to me just adds to the Cheers neighborly vibe. Ive met sweet and friendly local people here (and a couple of kooky characters, yes, but whatever), which again, doesnt happen at the 24 hour chain place in abington or west bridgewater. I dont know if i've ever met Larry but I feel like hes my uncle and I appreciate him providing a nice cozy place for me to do my laundry.”

“I live on Cape Cod and couldn't find a great dry cleaner. I had an expensive linen bedskirt that needed a good cleaning. Tom, the owner, was incredibly helpful- and did a fabulous job. I actually drive 45 minutes to have the Cleanist dry clean my clothes and linens. Totally worth it. Cannot recommend highly enough!”
