They accommodated us for several appointments and did a great job making sure everyone was happy and looking sharp. Very nice quality suit and also tailored a blazer for my rehearsal dinner. “The best place on the south shore to buy a suit or really any men’s clothes to be honest. They offer a very elevated experience compared to all the others. In my opinion this is the only place to shop and if you try it yourself I strongly believe you will feel the same way.”
“I am thrilled with my experience at Bonobos in Hingham. I walked in to get a couple of suits for a family funeral and Caroline helped me get exactly what I needed, and even suggested expedited processing, which was greatly appreciated. Since that time, I have gone back several times to get other things for my wardrobe with the help of Caroline. She is THE best!! I don't make a move for any new clothing, without consulting her first! I can't recommend Bonobos and Caroline enough! Wish I could give 10 stars!”
“I like going to the DXL store in Dedham, Massachusetts or the DXL store in Hanover, Massachusetts. I can find everything in my size at either location. I got a 3 pack of underwear and a new Henley shirt yesterday in Dedham. Last week I got a 3 pack of underwear and a fake looking Henley at the Hanover store. Great locations .”

“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”
“The store in Hingham was tidy. The isles were neat and clean. There was pleanty of room to move through the merchandise with my cart. An associate helped me buy a pair of sneakers on clearance. The back to school displays were out and we'll kept. Pleasant shopping experience.”

“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“Great store. The people who work here are GREAT. They're very helpful but not pushy. They green you and arr genuine. It's very noticeable they're in the right frame of mind for this type of job. Working with the public can be difficult if you don't have a good attitude and aren't a happy to help you type. A problem solver. The Derby Shop location has very good help. I was looking to change a pair of running pants for a smaller size, they didn't have an xsmall in the store to the really nice young man took my return and had my size shipped to my house. Smiling and very helpful. He likes people and likes his job.”

“I just purchased 2 twin xl mattresses here from Jelena . They were very comfortable but being a adult not wide enough . Jelena told me to call customer serv and they will kindly exchange for something else . So i purchased same mattress in a queen. The drivers picked up the twins and gave me the queen on same day . They give you a 2 hr window for delivery which is great. Jelena called me about a wk after delivery to ask how everything went ,she was very helpful and professional . Great prices on mattresses to. I highly recommend them.”
