Do not trust the opinions of these workers. They sold my mom a printer that didn’t work, then upon trying to return it they upsold her on a different printer along with “insurance” for the new printer. After 4 weeks of using the printer (HP smart tank 6100) the print heads broke so we called the insurance she purchased. They told us they cannot help us even though we purchased the insurance and that we need to contact HP, and the fun part, that this printer is known to have issues like this even though it’s brand new. Their extended warranty’s they sell are a total rip off and not helpful at all. Wait to scam someone in their 60s.

I went to Staples on Church St in Pembroke to return an Amazon purchaseI asked the clerk Lewis about my return and she took care of it promptly. I guess while I was beong helped a women stepped in line behind me. When Lewis gave me my receipt I informed her that I needed my medicare card laminated.Lewis asked if I could wait while she took care of the other customer. I said okay. Meanwhile 2 more people stepped in line and Lewis said I had to wait for everyone to be helped prior toI was the first customer and i felt i shouldn't have to wait so I leftCustomer service like this is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned first come first serve

We go through a lot of office supplies and desk station builds at our office. This store always has desks and filing cabinets available for same day pickup and has helped resolve online Staples orders for us as well. Their printing department is great and all of the poster/laminated prints have come out really nicely. Highly recommend!

The staff at the Staples Printing Center in Pembroke are amazing! During the wedding planning process I placed multiple orders and each time the experience was so easy! All the staff are super friendly and the quality and quick turnaround time is so impressive. Definitely go to Pembroke for your printing needs!
