By far the easiest online experience. I was able to pick my unit and complete everything online. The lock was inside my unit the next day and ready to go. I did have a small issue but Deb the Assistant Manager was awesome and had it resolved immediately. Here is the problem... to get the rate of $228 a month for a 10x10 I had to pay 4 months in advance. Well guess what my new premium is after 4 months. $290 due to a "rate increase." Such a scam. My advice, find something cheaper. Don't do the 4 month up front because they will jack your rate up.

Deb at the Marshfield facility has worked with me for weeks, while I looked for a locker. Deb is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She worked tirelessly calling with updates for what I wanted. She called me today to tell me a locker became available for my furniture.I’m 65 she went out of her way getting me one close to the door, I’m so excited and grateful, one less thing I have to worry about Deb had my back honestly how I’ve felt with her. She deserves a raise really or a paid day off. Thank you Mary McCabe

David is an awesome employee and super helpful! I asked about the storage unit prices and insurance for future reference and he was more than happy to help me with my questions! Very great customer service and I will definitely keep extra space storage on the top of my list for when I'm in need of a storage unit!

I love it here! I asked David, the manager, about storage spaces to keep my sentimental items here as I move to Florida. He was super nice! Very clean and organized. Ill never have to worry about my things being compromised. I highly recommend coming to this Extra Space Storage location than any other.
