From the first phone call we made, Cheryl the store manager answered and her sincere manner and welcoming attitude left no doubt that we should drive down and get our bike serviced there.
Great decision!! Everyone at this store has the same amazing attitude and the amount of service we were given for the relatively small purchases we made were outstanding! As a bonus, we were having trouble putting a bike rack we owned on our vehicle and Paul (who looks like Keith Richards 60 years ago ) put it on for us and chalked it up to his own feeling of just helping a customer!! We recommend this store HIGHLY!

In the last month I visited 2 shops. 1 in Conway and in Pembroke. Both times the sales associates I worked with went out of their ways to assist me. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I had everything I needed. They also worked with me on a price match so I was able to get the best price possible.

Sun and ski does an amazing job at helping you get the best equipment. I had an unfortunate incident happen with mine and they happily helped me get my problem fixed in no time! Best place to get your moneys worth of any outdoor equipment. Great service, 10/10

Had my skis tuned here. It was extremely expensive
The skis were not ready on time and I was made to wait while they rushed the job
Just got off them and even with the warm weather, I could tell I could’ve done a better job with my file
Will not use this store again for anything

We looked at bikes at a few other stores and then came to Sun & Ski where they had a wide selection of the type of bike I was looking for. The sales reps were wonderful, educating me on each bike and allowing me to test ride each one several times. They were patient and kind throughout the process. I ended up with a bike I am in love with and so happy! I highly recommend Sun & Ski if you’re looking for a bike.

I was shopping for a bike for my wife for mother's day at your Pembroke location. The woman that helped me couldn't have been better. She took a ton of time walking through all the pros and cons of each option even though I walked in right before closing. She held the bike for almost a month and made sure it was riding nice and smooth before I left. She was such a pleasure throughout.
My receipt says it was user number 5276 and sales rep number 010062. You are very lucky to had such a great employee!!!

Fabulous customer service and attention. I have been skiing for decades, and I have been in ski shops from NJ to VT, and my experience at Sun & Ski today buying ski boots was one of the very best. It was fortunate that Paul was there today, as his knowledge of every boot brand - and women's boots no less - was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for, and found me the perfect boot in record time. This has never happened to me. Finding the right boot has always been a long drawn out production. This was miraculous. I will be back, as I also discussed getting new skis, and here too Paul had keen knowledge of what would best suit me. I also have to include I called the shop previously to inquire about what was in stock, and the woman who spoke with me on the phone was helpful and friendly. Sun & Ski / Pembroke feels like a family shop in every way. Thank You!!

Love this store! Our new “go-to” for high performance ski gear! Great personal service and knowledgeable staff. Our boot fitter “Paul” exhibits excellent sales skills, product knowledge and real-world experience. He took his time in guiding my wife and I to a purchase decision for our new ski boots.
