I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are crazy busy all the time because they are good. I had a small emergency and they fit me in the schedule. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years. They bail me out every single time.
Do not listen to the crying baby whiner one star reviews.
I have no idea what they’re talking about. Car repairs are expensive, get over it. And if they can’t pay attention to you right away it’s because they are rightfully busy.

Absolute scam. Wish I could leave no stars. Rude employees, and charged for a service that was never done. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money.

This place is down the street from my house, so I came here to see if they had any availability for a car inspection. I went inside, saw a man having a conversation with someone in the backroom. Didn’t acknowledge me, okay cool. Maybe he’s not the person I need to talk to. Then a lady comes out, the one the man was having a conversation with, sits down at the computer and also didn’t acknowledge me and continues to have a conversation with the man still. As if I am not standing at the window. It’s giving micro aggression and racist. I am trying to be a new customer to a location that is down the street from my house and no one gives me the time of day? Very unprofessional.

Car got rejected for emissions reasons. Went and fixed the issue and the guy fails me for a piece of plastic missing front seat bench seatbelt. The courteous and honest thing to do would be to let me know from the first rejection that the car still had a safety issue. I honestly think they did this on purpose to screw with me and ruin my day. So now I can't go elsewhere where they may pass it cause you out it on record? Clever. Owners name is what, Bill? I will be sure to sing your praises wherever I go in town. Thanks again!

The service is fine. I got an inspection. I've made arrangements twice to get a copy of the report as I needed it for something. Each time I've gone according to the published hours on the website and both times, the inspector wasn't there.
