Jim was great. I called first thing Monday morning with a computer issue. He came out that morning to my home, diagnosed the issue and had it up and running again within an hour. Great customer service! I would definitely call Jim again if I had other computer issues! Thank you!!

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled on Jim to repair my laptop. I'm writing this review in hopes that others who are selecting someone to work on their laptop by reading reviews will benefit from my wonderful experience. Jim came to my home the same day that I called him, identified several probable causes for my computer problems, explained the options, ordered the necessary parts and completed the repair promptly and cost effectively. He is personable, thorough, easy to understand (no computerese jargon), trustworthy and a true gem! I recommend him without hesitation!!

Jim Santos came to my house and bailed me out when my high-powered Windows 11 laptop was making a funny noise and I had no idea what to do with it.Jim went beyond helping me fix that, and also diagnosed several other things that I had allowed to get out of whack, and in the end he helped me solve problems brought on by Windows 11 that I've been struggling with for many months.Jim was friendly and prompt (twice!) and knowledgeable and he came with a bag of tricks on a memory stick that was nothing short of lifesaving. And... Jim's pricing was extremely reasonable.I would certainly recommend Jim Santos to anyone needing such computer PC services.

Jim is amazing! I own a day spa and our workroom computer was not even functioning. I called Jim based on a Facebook group recommendation and he offered to be at my place of business within 45 minutes! He was on time and fixed our computer in less than an hour. Such a pleasure to work with and he has our business going forward! Thank you Jim... you saved the day!

I called Jim at 830am and he was scheduled to be in my area already and came over a couple hours later! He was able to diagnose a faulty power supply.Sure enough after swapping then out again that was the issue! Jim helped save me hours of frustration trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own. I was having disk and file issues with my computer. Jim came to my house and with running a few diagnostics determined my hard drive was sick. He had a solid state replacement with him and replaced it in just a few minutes. Reloaded the OS and copied my old files to the new hard drive. He was friendly explaining as he went. Very reasonable and would definitely invite him back if more work was needed.
