I called Pepperell Collision to see if they were able to fix my window that fell off the track, they told me to just bring it by and see what they could do. They fixed it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way! Very impressed and so appreciative!

Went to get an inspection sticker. Not busy at all. I pulled up to the inspection bay. the employee walked away, grabbed a broom and started sweeping one of the empty big bays, he said he would be right over. Approx.10 minutes later I'm standing outside and he is still sweeping the bay. I left went to Groton Collision Repair and got my sticker.

A tree fell on my car during a big storm and smashed my taillight and back trunk area. They ordered everything quickly, and replaced/repaired in less than a week! They also detailed it inside and out. My car looks brand new! Wonderful experience with the owner.Services: Body & Trim

We're so glad Liberty Mutual pointed us to Pepperell Collision for body work after our car was rammed in a parking lot. The manager, Frank Kloppenburg, was a pleasure to deal with. The work was excellent. Would be our first choice for any future repairs.

My mom gave me a car which came from South Carolina (a State that does not require a front plate). After getting plates I came to Pepperell Collision because I needed holes drilled to put the front plate on. They drilled the holes and put both my front and back plate on. He said "you are all set". I said I have to pay - he said no charge. So nice - thank you.

The nicest people!! Friendly, honest, and they know what they're doing. I came in with a couple of minor problems on my car, and they fixed them on the spot for no charge because the dealership I bought my used car from cut some corners. Who does extra work out of the kindness of their hearts nowadays? I highly recommend this place!
