I had no water on the weekend. I called Petersham Pump Co and Travis was here within the hour. He diagnosed and repaired the issue and had water running again that same morning. Professional and friendly service!

I had contacted two different well companies before Travis. Unlike the two other companies Travis came out the same day and spent 3 hours at my house looking at my current well system and going over options. We came to the conclusion that a new artesian well was the best option for my house. It was a big undertaking but Travis always answered all my calls and questions.He guided me through every step of the process and the final results are phenomenal water quality and pressure. I couldn't be happier with the new well and it was a pleasure working with Travis. All around great guy, super amicable and personable!

I couldnt say enough amazing things about Travis and Petersham Pump Co... he is truly gifted. We have a difficult well situation (iron) and he spent the whole day diagnosing and addressing each issue as it became known. He had everything in stock and measured out the right fix for our family. I have not known many professionals like him. We have water again because of his diligence. Thank you!

We were totally without water on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. We called Travis on Monday morning and he came right over. Diagnosed, we needed a new pump. (Not surprised as it was 50 years old)! He worked all day to put all new parts in. Would recommend him to everyone. Patient and thorough. Will definitely use him again, if needed.

Called Travis to report problem with water filtration and filter resulting in water having to be shut off. He postponed an appt, and was at our house within half hour. Problem resolved and water back on in no time. Very personable and professional, highly recommended for all related projects and service.

Travis was very easy to work with regarding the removal and replacement of our 1995 well pump and pressure tank. His attention to detail and knowledge was very apparent during his time at our home in Barre.
