“I purchased my first motorcycle from Cycle Design recently. From the moment I walked in everyone was extremely helpful, honest, transparent, and overall just more than accommodating to all of my questions. The process was smooth, I started some of it over the phone, and I was in and out quicker than I imagined...but it never felt rushed or like they were trying to move me out the door, they were just efficient and had everything down from paperwork to loading up it was great.

A few shoutouts, Jayma was great and very helpful with questions around the paperwork and the process, Adrianna answered about 100 questions about helmets and gear and clearly cared to take the time, and Daniel went over everything on the bike with patience and in-depth knowledge on do's and don'ts with operating, storing, loading, etc.

I've purchased other machines from places that make you feel as if you're a burden to them OR they're trying to just push you out so they can sell the next machine once they know you're buying. This place, they take their time and actually care about what they're selling and who they're selling to. I'll buy here from now on for everything from parts, gear, and next machine--even with it being almost an hour from my house..worth it. OH one last thing..the shop greeters, best in the business.”
