For treats and to be pet. They had what I was looking for quick and efficient ma and pa type shop definitely worth the “off the beaten path” scenic drive down. Will be back again you guys rock!

I don't normally complain or write reviews like this, but the recent interaction I had with this dealership deserves some feedback. In short, I called about purchasing a bike they had in stock. Was ready to pay cash over the phone. They took my name and said someone would call me back. No call. I call back. Explained I wanted to purchase today and make arrangements to have bike delivered. The woman I spoke with had zero enthusiasm for making the sale happen or in helping to arrange transportation for the bike. I make the observation that maybe I should call somewhere else, and she agrees?! I guess this dealership isn't into making money? Called another dealership in the area and totally different attitude. Price confirmed (including delivery) and everything done to make the transaction easy. Not sure why this was so hard. Simple cash sale with no financing and these guys could care less to close the deal.

Can’t say enough about how great my experience was at Cycle Design. I went in as a first time rider and buyer, looking for a dual sport bike. Jayma greeted me right away (along with her doggies and kitty, huge bonus!) I was asked many questions about what kind of riding I would be doing, experience, and goals. Jayma really took the time to get to know me, and offered her expertise and suggested several different options. I was never pressured to make a purchase, was even told to go home, think about it, shop around, and come back when I am ready. The next day, I went back, and she had lined up 3 bikes for me to sit on. Even at this point, there was no pressure. I finally made a decision, and pulled the trigger. Moving on to the buying process. SO. EASY. Jayma explained exactly what needed to be done and she handled everything, including a plate and sticker. This process took 24 hours and I was out the door with a brand new bike. She was available to answer all my questions, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and was excited for the purchase of my very first bike. Although my main interaction was with Jayma, all employees I came across were kind, personable, and shared the same excitement that Jayma did. I am so grateful for Cycle Design, as this was an intimating choice and process for me to go through…again, first time rider (female). Not once did I feel like I was at a dealership. Cycle Design is a family, and I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had.

Bought my 2025 Yamaha 250 here. Great selection of bikes ,and only one who had my bike out of all the dealers. Colby came out and explained everything on the bike,service points and break in period. Helped me get in on my truck. Took her time and made sure I was all set. Even set me up with some required items in the shop. Everyone friendly that works there and helpful.Thanks again Colby for going the extra mile and hope to see you at one of the tracks. Definitely a smooth transaction. Highly recommend this place.

Only rented a trailer and bought a cover but they were still extremely helpful and got me everything I needed. Huge selection of Hondas (and some models from other brands)

Jaya was very kind and showed morality when working out a deal. I ended up changing my mind last minute due to the fear of getting hurt on the supersport I was looking at, but she was understanding.

Jama was very very helpful and all staff was really good. Very helpful and straightforward making sure the customer is happy. Bought a 110 and Jama went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly highly recommend going here.

We just purchased a new bike from them yesterday. Jayma and the whole staff were absolutely amazing to deal with . Coming from the power sports industry myself it was nice to have such a pleasant experience. We will def be buying from them again . Also wanted to shout out Colby too , she was very thorough with her walk thru and completly knowledgeable. Thank again everyone !
