Berkshire Mountain Lodge is a clean and comfortable place located in the heart of Berkshire, Massachusetts. The lodge offers large, well-equipped suites with full kitchens, making it convenient for travelers, especially those on road trips. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and typically come with a good-sized bathroom. The location is excellent, close to nearby restaurants, attractions like Tanglewood, and a hidden trail perfect for morning walks. Guests appreciate the beautiful locale and the friendly staff, who are generally polite and kind, contributing to a pleasant stay. The lodge is also noted for its beautiful lobby and overall cleanliness. However, some areas could be improved, such as the reception staff's friendliness and the AC units in the rooms, which are often too small for the space, especially during summer. There was also disappointment regarding the EV charging station, which was unused because the connector type did not match any vehicles in the parking lot. The chlorine levels in the pool and hot tub were very strong, causing discomfort, but overall, guests found their stay to be a pleasure. The lodge's proximity to attractions makes it a recommended choice for visitors exploring the Berkshire area.
One of the most unexpectedly enjoyable and clean hotels I've ever had the good fortune to stay at. Staff are very kind and polite. Rooms are very tidy and clean. It was alast min decision, and it was totally worth it. Beautiful locale as well

Great room. Kitchen included with dishes and cookware was a nice touch for a road trip. Chlorine in the pool and hot tub was very strong. Burned my eyes and lingered forever before I even could smell again or taste.
