I went to this facility with my car. I paid $175 for a diagnostics. They told me what was wrong with the vehicle. I fixed the problem there is still an issue going on with my vehicle after fixing the problem of what they said, needed to be replaced, and then, I placed a phone call to the facility for them to get back to me. It has been weeks. Nobody has responded. Do not do business with this place. They have a bad reputation with communication. thumbs down all the way.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could rate it a ZERO, I most certainly would. 10 months of having my vehicle at Berkshire Performance and they only fixed one out of the three requested repairs while creating two new problems, one being major. No quality control, told me my vehicle was ready and each of these particular three times they let me drive off without fixing my vehicle. That’s in addition to at least a dozen times the owner said my vehicle would be ready only to show up at the agreed time to leave with another excuse and a future date of completion. I paid cash and the owner hasn’t responded to my multiple requests for receipts or invoices that show worked performed/payment received. Don’t pay cash without making sure work is done, done properly and you get the paperwork to prove it. I’ve been in and around dealerships and repair facilities for the last 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever been a part of or witnessed. The owner is a nice guy and all but he really let me down with his lack of quality control and accountability. Many more examples of unprofessionalism that I’d be happy to share with anyone considering using their services.

I drive an f82 m4, the car is very complex, and very expensive. That being said, a mechanic with the knowledge, passion, and drive to work on vehicles like these is insanely hard to come by. I set out a few weeks ago, with some weird behavior in my transmission, to find a new mechanic and Berkshire Performance kept popping up all over. I decided to give them a try and messaged the Facebook, that day i had a reply with a basic guideline of diagnosis, and made an appointment that week. John got me in, his diagnosis was correct and within a few days my car was back on the road, shifting better than it had ever before. The amount of knowledge, the explanations given, the customer service, and the straightforward price along with the turnaround time absolutely blew me away. I own another BMW, and will be making another appointment as soon as i possibly can, because i will never let another mechanic touch my vehicles from this point forward!!! Here's to each and every one of the guys down at Berkshire performance, and the endless passion and knowledge they show!! Thanks to each and every one of you!!

John gave me an extremely reasonable price on having my car worked on. I’m very big on efficiency. John gave me a time frame, stuck to it, and talked to me about everything throughout with updates. Gave me a hat and a bag, and even more so my car is my baby. The bags on the seats and protective covers on my carpet means a LOT. especially since it doesn’t come out to play often in the winter. I would 100% recommend John and his team. Time to break in the parts he installed!

I would NOT recommend John Ramos, or his work shop.John DID NOT perform the serious Sensor problem the car was there for, BUT did more expensive work instead. He did not return telephone calls requesting an appointment for the unsolved problem. After 3 weeks I went to his shop for an 8 A M appointment, only to wait 5 hours before he said he wouldn't work on the car. A VERY POOR PERSON to DEAL WITH, PERIOD. DON'T GO TO HIS SHOPThe Better Business Bureau has the FULL complaint that John Ramos refused to answer. NOT TO COOL for a person dealing with the public. Watch out!!!

They did a phenomenal job putting the new Front Fender and Winch on my Jeep. They went way above for me and I appreciate the hard work they did. Highly recommend them. My new mechanics. Great Job!!!
