“Pro Finish did an amazing job repairing the dented hood on my Jeep Wrangler. The team was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions throughout the process. They also did a fantastic job working with my insurance company, which was trying to skip important repair steps to save money. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. They kept the communication open and worked well to give my Insurance company an accurate estimate. They gave me a ride to and from the Rental car company. “So easy and so convenient. Came to my house while I was at work and came home to a new windshield. The tech called me before he arrived. I told him the vehicle wasn't registered yet so no need to transfer registration and inspection but I did needed EZPass strips and he left me some on the dash. Was very satisfied.”

“It's your local "mom n' pop" shop. I had two sudden breakdowns couple months apart. Jelly's was able to diagnose and fix my issues within 2-3 days both times. That included sourcing the right parts he didn't have on hand for my specific car. Job well done and prices reasonable.”

“Got into a bad accident lost my car had a rental for more than a month desperately seeking for a good car at a reasonable price knowing what i wanted how much i could afford i began to look in Ct went to several dealers spent countless hrs only to have to walk away cause it wasn’t about me or my needs it was more about what they could push out the door, starting asking around for a good honest dealer and was directed to Berkshire BMW and let me tell you this being my third car from a dealer the experience was the best one ever from the beautiful drive out there to the wait time less than an hour and a half but most of all how loving and caring every individual through the process was, i went in looked at the suv and did the paperwork and then went home and they even delivered my car to me with registration and plates ready to go the next day so people if your looking for an honest upfront decent deal this is the place to go, go see their amazing sales man Miguel Rosado and then continue down the line through the process you will not regret it!!! Every individual i encountered was such a pleasant experience! I am the happiest customer ever would recommend them to anyone! I have made this my personal dealer from now on! Remember reach out to Miguel Rosado you’ll thank me later”

“This is the second VW we have purchased recently (less than a year) a 2025 Taos SEL and now a used 2022 Tiguan model for our daughter. Both experiences have been easy. Laura for the Tiguan (and Michael, for the Taos) both salespeople were knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. Highly recommend.”
