“After having a negative experience at a local namebrand dealership, I chose to do my research and find a local garage that could perform the tasks needed to fix my car. I found Bob’s garage, or Cove Street, garage, through Google maps. Looking at the reviews there were 4.5 and five star ratings. I have to say the business has lived up to its name and its reputation for being a great place to service your car. I was deeply grateful to have such a positive experience with it being my very first time as a customer there. I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully, with every step being explained to me in a very clear manner to ensure my understanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or have additional services performed that weren’t needed. I feel like I paid fairly for the services provided, which was rear brakes, a tail light, and a battery replacement. I don’t need much work done, but I am positively looking forward to returning to this garage for any future services. I truly could not recommend them enough. “I had originally gone to Monroe to take a look at my exhaust that had suddenly became so loud like street pipes- they quoted me 2,000$ to repair the same work and repairs that Berkshire Muffler did for 400$!!! I called them first thing in the morning, they got me in at 0900!! Then called me at 10:30 to let me know my car was ready to be picked up!! I am beyond satisfied with their service and flexibility, they showed me what was wrong and explained what was necessary to repair. The price was reasonable and the staff from all whom I interacted with were professional and kind! Thank you again! “I drive an f82 m4, the car is very complex, and very expensive. That being said, a mechanic with the knowledge, passion, and drive to work on vehicles like these is insanely hard to come by. I set out a few weeks ago, with some weird behavior in my transmission, to find a new mechanic and Berkshire Performance kept popping up all over. I decided to give them a try and messaged the Facebook, that day i had a reply with a basic guideline of diagnosis, and made an appointment that week. John got me in, his diagnosis was correct and within a few days my car was back on the road, shifting better than it had ever before. The amount of knowledge, the explanations given, the customer service, and the straightforward price along with the turnaround time absolutely blew me away. I own another BMW, and will be making another appointment as soon as i possibly can, because i will never let another mechanic touch my vehicles from this point forward!!! Here's to each and every one of the guys down at Berkshire performance, and the endless passion and knowledge they show!! Thanks to each and every one of you!!”

“Where to begin?!? We all know that car shopping can be chore and not always enjoyable. I had already had that negative attitude walking into looking for my next vehicle because I knew it was going to be a lengthy drawn-out process. Coming from a lease that would of been up in March of 2024, I had been researching my options for my next vehicle for months to get ahead of the game. One evening I had found two vehicles in which I was interested in buying and made appointments to see both. After the first car being a total bust due to the dealership not the car itself, I really wasn't in the greatest mood to go to my next appointment, but I did. With my luck, someone had just stopped at the store to test drive the car right before my appointment so technically the car was theirs if they wanted it. At this point I did not wait to see what was going to happen and was defeated and was going to give the car search a break for a bit until the time got closer. Something told me to follow up to see if the car was sold, it wasn't, so I test drove it on my lunch one day. The staff is what really drew me in. They all knew what I had just been through with the prior dealership and wanted to make sure I was getting the best service possible. It all started with a welcoming greeting from Michael whom was the most AMAZING salesman EVER!!! He welcomed my son and I into the store and even offered him a hot chocolate while we were talking!! I had the pleasure to have a lengthy conversation with the salesman that works up front (Forgive me for forgetting your name but you know all about the LEFT twix!!!!) As soon as I test drove the car, it was a done deal that it was definitely going to be my next vehicle and I had a lot of trust and faith that Michael had the personality to make this process as smooth and as easy as possible. I cannot thank him enough for the great communication and the easiest car shopping experience ever. I have never bought a car from the same dealership before just because that is the way it has worked, but in the future, I will forever do my car shopping business with Haddad Hyundai and recommend everyone to them. They are ALL such a pleasure to work with and are highly knowledgeable in what they do. I was very blessed to work with Michael who made this experience memorable. THANK YOU!!!!”

“Wow!!!! Amazing person... If we had him for mayor, Taxes would go down and Pittsfield Would attract more people. I have an old semi truck and don't have much money.. I went to Sa##lite AutoGlass to get my wind shield replace and they explain they don't care for truckers and think it best not replace there windshield, But they will still do it but charge Unfair amount of money. They want more than what my truck was worth. So I was about to give up. Who needs truckers anyways. But then I discovered this guy and he took great care of me and the best part he charge me a very fair price. Wow!!!! Thank God there still people like him. Shame on Safelite.. If you don't believe me call see for your self. So if you ever need windshield replace call Dermody auto glass.”
