“I couldn’t be happier with the work Adam did. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to diagnose the problem correctly instead of just throwing parts at it. The repair was done right, my truck runs great, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable diesel mechanic these days, but this shop exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality diesel repair. I’ll definitely be back to Cove Street Automotive for any future work.”

“Well, what can I say that other people haven't already??? Seriously? My wife and I called early this morning and were told to head right over. Not only head over, but without knowing what the job entailed we were told that Darren was only available today because he was going on vacation tomorrow and he would get the job done unseen!!! Are you serious? Who does this anymore? I'll tell you who? Nobody! That's who. So I headed right over where he was pulling one car out and didn't look like he was hurting for work but took my car in without waiting. I'm not making this up. I didn't wait five minutes. Car went in, price was established, hands were shook, car was done in 20 minutes! This whole process from the time I called to the time he BACKED MY CAR OUT, took an hour. 😂. An hour! Now I'm not going to pretend I believe this happens every time, but that was pretty good service and I'm going to tell people about it. Thanks Darren, it was worth driving to the other side of town.”

“Had a pretty good experience buying my car from Coggins. Brian F. and Matt S. were both great to work with and made the whole process easy. They were helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. I also really appreciated that the pricing was straightforward. There weren't any hidden fees or weird/questionable charges added on, which made me feel like I was getting a fair deal. My only minor issue was that the exterior of the car wasn't as clean as I would have liked when I picked it up. Other than that, I was happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Brian and Matt.”

Stopped in at the local Mavis in Pittsfield and the team at this location assisted with quickly getting us taken care of and providing the peace of mind we needed that it would get solved quickly. “Got into a bad accident lost my car had a rental for more than a month desperately seeking for a good car at a reasonable price knowing what i wanted how much i could afford i began to look in Ct went to several dealers spent countless hrs only to have to walk away cause it wasn’t about me or my needs it was more about what they could push out the door, starting asking around for a good honest dealer and was directed to Berkshire BMW and let me tell you this being my third car from a dealer the experience was the best one ever from the beautiful drive out there to the wait time less than an hour and a half but most of all how loving and caring every individual through the process was, i went in looked at the suv and did the paperwork and then went home and they even delivered my car to me with registration and plates ready to go the next day so people if your looking for an honest upfront decent deal this is the place to go, go see their amazing sales man Miguel Rosado and then continue down the line through the process you will not regret it!!! Every individual i encountered was such a pleasant experience! I am the happiest customer ever would recommend them to anyone! I have made this my personal dealer from now on!
